Well, cannot recommend this game. Too buggy, and to be honest, aprx32 dollars for such game - its a big robbery!

This is unforunately littered with misspellings and poor choices of monikers. It is worth $11.99 but no more.

It took me a while to gather my thoughts with regards to writing this review since purchasing. There is so much depth put into this product that I felt it worth some contemplation. No, this game doesn't have big time graphics. And you don't "play" the players during a game. But the managerial aspects are done so well, as are the coaching decisions during the flow of a game. There is so much flexibility with regards to whether you want to be a college coach, an assistant coach, a recruiter, etc. There is also flexibility to how difficult you choose to make the game based on your coaching attributes and other settings. Play however you like! It may seem like information overload on the screens at first, but the interface is really simple once you get used to what you need to pay attention to. People have complained about bugs and pc crashes, and there are some places I've found that one can "click" where you shouldn't be able to causing a game crash. But those are simple workaroun...

Not a bad game but needs improvement. My first save was crashing before the first game. When recruiting half of the time you cant select a player to call etc. Very fun to recruit but needs a more in depth tutorial.

These games are the buggiest games I have ever encountered. Which is sad considering how cool the ideal is. If you get the game to work it is great but holy cow are they buggy. Have tried playing the 2018 and 2019 version, and they are both awful. Going back to College Hoops 2k8 at least it doesn't up and die. Update! So I went through support on this game, and they were quick with a response and a patch. The issue with being able to create a coach for a multiplayer league was fixed. Awesome! so after six seasons of play now I can't advance beyond the hiring phase because the game crashes! I have now deleted the game. Will not purchase any more from them.

Game flat out sucks. Cannot play a game either in 2D or Sim mode. No where to click to start a jump ball. Game sucks

This game could be better. It really needs a tutorial but it's not that complicated that it requires one. May biggest grip is the inability to make it more realistic by being allowed to edit the school names and their mascots. Many of the school names are confusing as to what real team they represent and their is nothing you can do about it. Be prepared to see Oregon in the top 5 in the polls year after year and many of the power schools actually not even rated in the top 25. (eg: Kansas, Georgetown, many Big Ten schools and the smaller schools have no chance of getting into the top 25. The player rating scheme is pretty good hence the recruiting/drafting part of the game is challenging. I understand why the developer can not use actual games but it should allow the user some freedom in that area other than the one team you selected to coach. In summary, I would like to recommend this game but the inability to edit leaves something to be desired. Game has so much potential but, seeing ...

The recruiting in this game is very addicting and you can really get lost into the game cause of all its statistics, however having autosave on is a must since the game does have to the tendency to crash every some time. Overall I'd still recommend this game to anyone who's into these sorts of games.

This game is fun, and has all of the features you would expect from a game of this genre.

Yeesh.... I want to like this game so much, but the UI is just not that good. A lot of screens are just really unclear to follow, there are no tooltips, and just in general there's too much information, or not the most pertinent information, on-screen. Important things are labeled in small font. The roster and depth charts don't quickly summarize your players. What's the point of a sim like that? The "gameplay" is a horror show of gameplay sound effects, weird .bmps, and hard-to-follow play-by-play. The recruiting is actually nice and pretty immersive. I bought this on sale for $12 and I'm kinda regretting it. GDS College Basketball games are more well-rounded, simpler, and polished.
