I can’t say I disliked Gemini Rue, but it’s far from great. Since Steam’s rating system is only "yes" or "no," I’ll have to give it a "no"... even though it’s not actually bad! Whether you like Gemini Rue really depends on what you expect from an adventure game. If you like the interface and pacing of early Sierra titles, you might enjoy it. The story is solid and comes with a twist (though it’s a bit predictable). The graphics are very grey and muted, which fits the noir setting, but some areas are so low-res or blurry that you’ll be pixel-hunting just to find what you can click on. My biggest gripe is the controls and interaction system. There’s just too much unnecessary clicking, and it can get frustrating.
