Splitting Headache Simulator, the only person who's mad is my dumbass for buying this trash. only reason I finished it is cause theirs no videos of the full game online, take it from me, not fucking worth it. but if for whatever reason you think it's a good idea to try, the Red Moons act like a marker for where your Supposed to go later in the game. and don't forget to Hug the Right Wall.
