One of the good TW titles, had a blast with it. However when picking it up after a little over a year i get a black screen on launch. Google reveals this is a known issue, never fixed, tried almost the full drill (verify files, update driver, compatibility modes, restart, reinstall ...) but still unplayable. Uninstalled. Don't recommend. Note to self: do not reward providers that fail to fix faulty software, never buy again from sega/cs.

This game might be good but I've never really been able to get it to function or run properly. I've tried on three different systems over the last couple years and the best I got out of it was maybe 50 hours while constantly having to restart my PC because of freezes. Now, the game is freezing every single time on the splash screen on launch. Every. Single. Time. There is no support offered for this game. Don't waste your time or money the developers are incompetent scam artists pumping out half finished games every year.

This game has such depth to it, it surpasses every single RTS game be it total war or not in terms of complexity in every way, shape or form. I have about 100 hours in it, and i already fell in love with how many ways I can play a campaign, the 100 hours is going to turn into 1000+ easily overtime. Not to mention the modding community that I haven't even checked out, that adds a ton more content. 10/10 RTS game, i see why after it had been abandoned and a few years later, people still play this game, 10k+ concurrent players every day.

My family estate suddenly decreased from 3k to 2k, which ppl say it's a bug; I've picked a reform that promise me a +1 available administrator, which didn't happen in my current game, but I believe did happen in my previous game. These look like bugs, and they ruined my games. either the game has too much bugs, or it has too less explanation. Also the mechanics are not mature.

I have only played vanilla game, and judging by how low the review score of DLC content is I doubt I will even buy them. That being said, game is great, and Three Kingdoms period is amazing. Cao Cao is absolute GOAT.

Absolutely love Total War: Three Kingdoms! It's a stunning blend of deep strategy, rich storytelling, and beautiful visuals set in ancient China. The characters feel real, the relationships matter, and every battle is intense and rewarding. Whether you're leading a noble coalition or conquering solo, the gameplay is engaging from start to finish.

Just shit. The interface is not confusing, it's UNUSABLE. The battles aren't "hard", they're BORING. 90% of time is spent doing sieges that are badly balanced. The meta-game is shit. There is no manual to explain game mechanics. Honestly wanted to love it, but it's just utterly terrible.

This is probably one of the best total war ever. A must play
