Was a head of its time when it came out. for me its better than modern xcom 2. although i have to admit i play the game with the money cheat to start with couple of million to get a head start otherwise its to difficult for me. love the slow build up as you research the aliens. and i choose the turn based gameplay with mission to better plan my tactical approach.
awesome retro gaming memories of the past. still a strong contender
I shall never forget this wonderful game and the entire series. It is a unique, slow experience. Try it.
Incredible old game, a part of my childhood and a Dev-designated "train wreck". this may just be my nostalgia but the only real problems I have with the game is the mild lack of enthusiasm or emotion in the end cut scene and a bug that happens every so often that says: "Please Put The X-COM Disc Back In The Drive" and makes it so you can't interact with the game. Other than that Incredible.
