About This Game

Plug Me is a tricky puzzle platform where the timer is a physical object in the game world!

The city of Plug Me is falling off, and to save it you must get from one side of the level to the plug at the end, in order to recharge the loading bar.
Plugman is the only one able to recharge this massive green bar that goes across the middle of the screen and quickly runs out of power.
You are able to walk on the green parts of this bar as a platform, but you must be careful not to fall off as the power is drained.

You will die a lot for sure, but...
Thanks to the fast respawn and the help of both Evinrude (wich will remove one of the obstacles after you die too many times) and the Death streak mechanic (that will slow down the bar), the challenge will be constantly balanced!

 • 50+ Levels In 5 Different Worlds.
 • 6 Bosses.
 • Hard Mode Unlockable.
 • Collectable Batteries and Timer Medals.
 • Help System After Certain Amount Of Deaths.
 • 3 Unlockable Characters.

Finical gameplay, challenging difficulty, lovely art design, reactive movement and with an incredible replayability, This cute little game has everything that you can hope for a 2D platformer. If you like the genre, you can buy it without hesitation ! I loved it !

I’ve learned through playing Plug Me and some other games that are filled with rapid fire failure that I’m not a huge fan of the concept. I have to play it in short bursts because every death lights another burner in me and eventually I’m just boiling over. That being said, for all of the games that deliver that infuriating experience for me, this one is certainly on the more appealing end of the spectrum. Abbreviated Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpSS7BCC_8Q
Super Plug Boy
Pretty much immediately I got a sense that this game was crafted in a similar fashion to Super Meat Boy. Not just the rectangular protagonist or the fact that your character dies a lot, but because the game centers around high speed accurate jumping and platforming to get to a goal across a field of hazards. Even down to each level having a floating battery in a challenging area that you can grab which seems analogous to the bandages from Super Meat Boy. While games like Super Meat...

Plug Me is a nice and cute little platform game. I played the Ludum Dare version, too, and the game improved a lot since then: many levels, hard mode, characters to unlock, time attacks, batteries to collect and the ingenious basic game mechanic of the green bar as a timed platform. It is not so simple to find such original games on steam. And the price is very low, totally worth. It is a challenging game and some of the levels are quite hard to master, but the controls are responsive and just in case you can get the help of Evinrude. So the game is raccomended both for hardcore platform gamers and more casual ones.

To not get into too many details, since gameplay is what matters the most: get the game if you are into platformers.Smooth controls, a platformer that isnt gonna allow you to take your time - gotta be quick.Simplistic yet brilliant level design, a unique mechanic that sets it apart from other games, A difficulty level that you can decrease if you want to. The game has the right amount of content for its price tag, even more since its a well polished game in a sea of games on steam that shouldnt even have made it in the store. Offers from ~3-6 hours of content depending on your skill level.

Beware: Plug Me is a difficult game. And that's why I love it. Enough with those games that everyone can win, where watching an ads opens the way to success! Plug Me is a time-attack platformer that involves manual ability and strategy to pass each level, forcing you to think fast, without being too much frustrating. Reach the charger and slam your head on it! Said like that sounds easy but it's not. I've grown up with games like Metal Slug, wasting lots of money on the coinops, and Plug Me makes me revive those old times again. And again, and again and again...! Maybe now I'm too old to perfectly play this kind of games, but damn, it's hella fun! Let the energy flows through your batteries and save the city, although it means dying a lot!

Plug Me is a cute little platformer that will test your ability not to break your controller (or keyboard, if you're one of those weirdos). As a fan of Super Meat Boy that loved to test himself with its deathless challenges and had fun with getting decent times with Naija, I must say that this game gave me a very similar feeling. Controls are very smooth and responsive and fun to play around with. Even if you're not the greatest gamer you'll have Evinrude help you through levels. The product is very polished for the price, heavily reccomended.

I bought this game on a whim to support a fellow indie developer and after making it to the second boss, (writing this on launch day,) I am pleasantly surprised by Plug Me. You play as Plugman who is uniquely suited to prevent the world from losing power. The story is cute but very minor. Likewise, the visuals are clean, vibrant and do a good job of communicating what is happening, although they can look a little blurry at times. The music and sound effects get the job done too. It's the gameplay that what really sets Plug Me apart from the rest of the action/puzzle platformers out there. Each level contains a rapidly draining battery and you must reach the plug at the end of the level before it runs out. The twist here is that the part of the battery that is still charged is solid which allows you to walk on it. The levels are very well designed to take advantage of this unique mechanic. Some will you have you race to keep up with the shrinking platform while others will have you ju...

A Really fun platforming game with tight mechanics and precision jumping. I played it when it was a Ludum Dare Project and I love it. This is a great concept with an almost perfect execution. Expect dying a lot, but also getting fast into the action again. And again. And again. And again.

This was a great surprise!! Since i saw the trailer i knew i had to try this, the concept was so original. As you can see on the images, its a classic platformer: double jump, spikes, cannons , teleporters, etc... but here you have a time limit to complete every stage, and that time limit is represented by a large bar that also is part of the stage!! Tell me this isn't something really well thought. Aside from this, the game have collectibles on every level, time trials ( very funny due to the main concept ), and a really fun and challenging hard mode which adds tons of hazards on every stage ( plus achievements to prolong the experience and making it way harder ). Highly recommended!!!

TLDR; wouldn't be worth playing if it was free Interesting enough of a concept but horrible execution on basically every aspect possible. The jump physics are some of the worst and most inconsistent i've ever seen in a platformer, levels are generally more annoying than fun, and the hard mode couldn't be less unoriginal and uninteresting. There are hundreds of better made and more fun platformers on steam, go play any of those instead.
