EARLY ALPHA REVIEW A really fun little demo of what could become a very nice game. At only 55p, it's well worth having a play. I used to love playing Marble Madness, and Pinball Fantasies, and this feels like someone took the physics of one, and mashed it into the style of the other, with a little bit of mid-90s platform sprinkled on for good measure... Although the puzzles in these first couple of levels are quite simple, they're satisfying to complete, and the length of the levels feels 'about right' for a game like this. The two levels are different from each other, and ramp up in complexity nicely. the addition of the circular obstacles in the second level show that the engine and level design could offer some really nice little hidden areas which would benefit explorers. If some more levels are added, and perhaps a few more game mechanics, this could be well on its way to being a great indie game. As it is, 55p is a good price for a nice little alpha demo that'll net y...

I followed this project because it reminded me of marble madness on NES. I saw the price of the early access version and grabbed it just to see how it ran. It ran really well with a surprising amount of detail in the environment. The physics engine works pretty much perfectly, which surprised me. It's smooth. All the components are there for an awesome game, seems like. Throwback to marble madness, a leaderboard of players' completion times of each level (and a visible timer counting either up or down :D ) would be fun to have once it gets built out with more levels. Could be fun to have large/huge surfaces to roll over quickly (like surfing in counterstrike, almost) -- maybe as transition areas between different parts of the levels. Also checkpoints would be fun -- reach a checkpoint and then start over at that location if you fall off. Looking forward to the full game :]
