Crash bandicoot warped is a game near and dear to my heart, so I finally got the remake trilogy, hoping to relive some of it's past glory. However, the remake feels very much like a Disney employee wearing a high quality skinsuit of your old friend. I hadn't played long, but it just felt subtly wrong: - The voice acting sounds disinterested, like a last read on a boring day. Especially notable on Aku aku and cortex. - Actions in the original are accompanied by very crisp and unique sound effects, especially on vehicles. The triceratops that chases crash in prehistoric levels had an overwhelming stomp that is gone, Coco's jetski had a strong engine rumble that is just gone, sword guys in medieval levels did a very strong "Hyyyea" to indicate their swings, etc. etc., all replaced by very subdued, barely noticeable sounds. - Music is a lot more flat, and while technically the same melody, a LOT of small notes from the old ost is just gone. - The movement is off. Tricks that I performed i...

Sadly cannot recommend Optimisation is awful, hell on the store page it doesn't even have a recommended settings for your pc, just a minimum Some levels are too long for the amount of difficulty that it is, and sometimes you fail the level because the jump you clearly made didn't register because the game said soo, and what is the point of the mask that grants you an extra hit if you fall you need to go back to the checkpoint? Overall I had an awful exprience and cannot recomend

Beautiful remasters of absolute classics. Crash 1 is the most difficult, Crash 3 is the easiest and Crash 2 is the most fun.

one of the best classics in the Playstation library, its really fun (if you are patient) also don't even think about playing this game with keyboard and mouse, get a controller otherwise "Welcome to the masochists' club my friend" and musics umm i think its fine, obviously It won't be as good as Josh Mancell's masterpieces, but it's fine. and lastly: Dear Activision, please bring Crash Team Racing to PC, its one of the best Racing game i've ever played...

As much as I'd love to give this game a thumbs up, I gotta say some key aspects are ruined for me, a player that played original version dozens of time, back in the day and regularly gets back to this title on my PS1. Sounds and music is a bit off. I don't know what, but it's not the 1;1 original. Voice acting is MEH at best, especially uka uka. It's so much off that I thought I have a wrong language selected. Graphics is alright and I like the overall tone but I actually hate the oversatured colors and slightly changed camera angles, thus resulting in weird perspective that often misleads me when jumping or making moves. Like what the hell man. What is this thing with mission buttons and less responsive steering? Go ahead, turn PS1 version on and try it, then get back to this title. Controls seem to be less responsive! In a 2018 title. I wouldnt say its great remaster. Its mid remaster at best with some unnecessary changes to the original. I really prefer the original rather th...

Well presented and faithful remake that stays true to the spirit of the original games, some of the pixel perfect jumps in the first Crash Bandicoot game are incredibly rage inducing however

Other than the terrible controls on any ride/vehicle level and the pain I had in some levels of Crash 1 and especially Crash 2 for that Gold Relic (since they were never intended to be speedrunned for time trials),I loved my time and I am happy of the money I spent. There is lot of love in this remastered+ collection,so much that the devs even reintroduced some exploits, that players used a lot in the original trilogy, back in. My main complaints: - Performances can be a bit weird and the game might first boot with a screwed up resolution if you play on a 4k monitor/TV (which was a PAIN to solve since you have to reach Options with everything de-centered) and it has a cap of 60FPS max (which you can unlock for even smoother gameplay and controls,it's very easy to do) but overall they did a really good job with the feeling and movement. - As mentioned before, any ride/vehicle level is much harder here because of the worse controls. No way to solve it unfortunately, just gotta bear it and get...

Just as good as I remember. They've done a great job with the remaster. Note that there are only two playable frame rates, both under 60 due to what I'd assume to be limitations on the clock cycle to keep the game running the same as the original.

It's a nice game I guess. Runs fine, it's pretty much a 1 to 1 to the originals, but I just can't get engaged into it. I'd much rather play the originals on PSP or emulator (Which I've done and keep on doing) than play this, honestly. It looks pretty but I feel like it's lost its' charm, the soundtrack is not as good imo and it plays very differently. The feel of it is off for me. Maybe it's just not my game, but what originally had me is not present here. Do give it a try if you're interested, on a sale of course, but I can't really recommend it myself as someone who loved the originals as a child and still does as an adult.

C1: So peak easily the best out of the lot, satisfying to 100% C2: Weakest of the lot not fun to 100% tbh and game has annoying backtracking time to time C3: Very solid powerups are sick and really fun to 100%
