Game doesn’t run because of a Rockstar Launcher failure. Just some advice for the future, if you see Rockstar Launcher in the requirements, keep that in mind that one day the game you bought might stop working because of this shitty, unnecessary integration. Unfortunately, I can’t refund it anymore since I bought it a long time ago, but I definitely would if I could.

About This Game
L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files places you directly in the shoes of Detective Cole Phelps as you solve brutal crimes, plots and conspiracies inspired by real cases from 1947 Los Angeles, one of the most corrupt and violent times in L.A. history.
Featuring seven cases rebuilt specifically for virtual reality, L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files adds new layers of immersion and realism to Rockstar Games’ atmospheric crime thriller as you solve select cases from the blockbuster original game, spanning mysteries from the Detective desks of Traffic, Arson, Homicide, and more.
• Search for clues by grabbing, inspecting and manipulating objects
• Get behind the wheel and drive to your next crime scene
• Engage in chases, fistfights and shootouts as you track down suspects
• Build your case by making notes or drawing freehand in your detective’s notebook
• Interrogate witnesses and use your wits to separate truth from lies in a city where everyone has something to hide

User Reviews
Sad reminder of what could have been... This is an amazing VR experience (when it actually works). -By far the best driving mechanics I have experienced in VR. -Boxing and gun fights are rudimentary, but fun. -Detective work feels like it was meant for VR. -Walking in the streets is simply magical. Locomotion is not up to today's standards, but I found swinging arms to walk mechanic very interesting and actually enjoyed it. This is the type of VR games we could have had, but instead the industry went in the direction of making crappy mobile games and calling it a day. What a shame... P.S If you have trouble launching the game, try it on SteamLink app with Vive controller emulators. The game also may get stuck in the loading screen when launched. Check the desktop in that case and "skip all" for the cloud sync error that pops up. Enjoy.
