About This Game

Pipe Push Paradise is a difficult open world puzzle game about plumbing.

You've arrived on a lonely island faced with a hero's calling. The island's plumber has been out of commission for a while and the residents are counting on you to get the water running again. They could all really use a shower.

In order to help, you'll need to push, flip and roll pipes all across the island in some of the most challenging puzzles out there! The minimalist tile-based gameplay is super simple but the puzzles are anything but, each offering a unique idea and problem to solve, and filled with surprises and new mechanics.

With an art style that wouldn't look out of place in a dusty old travel guide to Puerto Rico and a relaxing bossa nova guitar soundtrack, Pipe Push Paradise is bound to satisfy any serious puzzle lover.

Rise to the occasion (push pipes around) and restore this paradise to its former glory!

Features:

 • Pipes
 • Tile-based gameplay
 • Dozens of elegant puzzles packed with surprising mechanical twists
 • Lush and relaxing art & music by Teodoro Zamudio
 • Full controller support

This is a really simple, fun, and challenging sokoban-like. The game is fairly straightforward. What you can and cannot do never gets too crazy, and most of it is fairly obvious and intuitive. Many of the puzzles are fairly simple, but some definitely made me scratch my head for a bit. The graphics are super simple, but I really enjoyed them for their uniqueness. The music is really appropriate. Feels like what you'd hear on an island like this. And it feels really raw and unprocessed, but still really good. The game went really smooth and quick. I rarely got stuck, and when I did, I would just pop over to another puzzle for a bit and come back, and solve the problem puzzle fairly quickly. However, my progress ground to a halt at Catapult. I cleared every other puzzle in this area and just couldn't get it. I spent way more time than I should have on this one. I would pop back in for 15 or 30 minutes periodically and quit out of frustration. I popped on one time before bed, just to mes...
Overall = 8/10
A pipe pushing plumbing puzzle game with a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere. The puzzles are difficult but good as they slowly bring in new mechanics without explaining them, letting you have those ‘AHA!’ moments yourself. The graphics are simplistic and clearly show each of the elements, but some more details could have made exploring the island more interesting. The characters and narrative also feels a bit pointless and the map isn’t very informative as it doesn’t show you which puzzles you’ve unlocked. The bright colours and music adds to the idyllic charm of the setting and as every move is tracked, it’s easy to undo mistakes or restart levels but having an in-game hint system would have been nice to help you when you’re completely stumped. It’s a great game which keeps on giving as even after completion, there’s additional puzzles to complete and tricks to learn which was nice. Using a controller I found I kept double stepping...

Brilliant sokoban-style puzzle game which is of medium length (took me ~11 hours to complete all puzzles). Puzzles fell into three categories for me: 1) it's obvious there is some weird gimmick or new trick you have to learn, and once you understand the insight, the execution is usually straightforward, 2) nothing obviously weird, and the direct way to solve it feels "close" but is just barely off so you end up having to rethink the whole thing from scratch, and 3) classical push puzzle where you have to carefully maneuver pieces in a tight space I think there was a lot more room to explore the mechanics (certain pipe shapes only appear a few times and certain tricks are only used once or twice), but what is here clearly demonstrates the developer's amazing sense for designing puzzles. Overall it was a pure joy to solve these puzzles, so it's highly recommended and it's a shame it seems to be rather obscure.
