About This Game

Visualize and understand concepts.

This app is pretty simple - if you are familiar with CRC ( Class Responsibility Collaborator ) - this app takes this idea and brings it to virtual reality.

The main design goal of this app is to keep it super simple and low friction. Think "Nodepad" as opposed to "WordPad" or "Word".

Features

  • Easily add "Elements" using PC input field ( One item per line )
  • Drag and drop "Element" in VR using controllers.
  • Position of "Elements" is saved ( as well as the list ).
  • See Early Access info for more planned features.

Design goals

  • Small and simple
  • Very easy to use, low friction, no confusing interactions
  • 30 seconds from idea/desire to "doing"
  • Use strengths of keyboard ( flat ) world and VR
  • Sharable with others

So early in development that it should be completely free (it's close). I'm looking forward to the concept, but it's not really usable yet. CSV import/export was broken, so all it lets you do is render a list of items as moveable boxes in a VR world, but no way to get your ideas out of the VR world or save them for later. Other features work as advertised; teleporting controls are non-standard but usable.

For what it is, it does the job. If you have a list of things and can't make up your mind, it gives you a virtual space to sort everything out in your mind and visualizing it right in front of you. That being said, I'd love to see more complexity in this. Instead of just simple, one column lists, why not a full csv spreadsheet? Column headers can be like a box or drawer and you can move items through each area that you want them to. This is still great and a creative way to enhance productivity.
