Sonic Generations:

The ultimate celebration of 20 Years of Sonic gaming, Sonic Generations delivers the definitive experience for Sonic fans new and old.
Sonic’s universe is thrown into chaos when a mysterious new power comes into force, creating ‘time holes’ which take Sonic and his friends back in time. Whilst there, Sonic runs into some very familiar characters from his past including a younger version of himself! Now they must team up to defeat their enemies, save their friends, and find out who is behind this diabolical deed.

Key Features:

 • Twice the Fun - Play as both Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic in the ultimate Sonic experience. Master the moves of each character as they race through each environment on their own designed built track.
 • The Best Bits Just Got Better - Iconic environments from gaming history come to life in beautiful HD for the ultimate Sonic adventure, each revisited, recreated and re-imagined with stunning results.
 • All New Experience - Play some of your gaming’s most iconic environments in a whole new way with famous Sonic stages presented in stunning new stereoscopic 3D.
 • Unlock New Adventures - Once you complete each level and ‘free’ Sonic’s captured friends, you’ll get to go back and take on more challenges with them at your side.
 • Infamous Bosses and Rivals - Take on some of the most notorious characters from Sonic’s past as you fight for ultimate supremacy.
 • Master Your Moves - Master Classic Sonics famous spin-dash attack and utilise Modern Sonic’s ‘Boost’ as you complete all new tracks.

TLDR: While there is some fun to be had with Sonic Generations, mainly the 2D sections, there are a lot of design elements that slow the game down and ultimately made this a rather frustrating game. It’s also a little unpolished and Sonic still struggles with the fully 3D environments. If you’re more use to the fully 3D iterations of the Sonic franchise such as Sonic Adventures, you will probably find this enjoyable as they're somewhat similar. But if you prefer the fully 2D more linear Sonic games with far less intrusive story lines, then I suggest you give this one a miss and get Sonic Mania instead. A beautiful love letter to Sonic's troubled history. This is where Sonic peaked, and never again will we see a work like this coming from SEGA. But I don't care, because we got this. - Sincerely, a long time fan since SA1, no longer considered fan of this franchise

This game was AMAZING in my eyes people say this is "Bad" However this game feels great has the same marza deisgn as unleashed and it gives the feel and the speed the game asked for i feel like this is the BEST Sonic game next to unleashed but Somethings always don't come up to me this game ended up being a good one but a bad one at the same time because the glitchs and the attempt to bring classic sonic into the universe was cool but... forces ruined that feeling and so people made a joke in the early 2012s/2011/2010s and made a dumb joke about classic being this so called "Santiago" a copy of the original and a weird attempt and theory by the fans and soon that died out and here we are in the big summer of 2025/2026 and it was great having the abilite to slide and boost it was smooth and great for the moves the 2 of the blurs did but this game is a mix result for the fans i think this game could've done better 6/10 this game tryed and it was a pretty good way of showing sonic in 3D ...
