[i] Aesthetic Gamer, being a horror game connoisseur that he is, particularly excels at nonlinear narrative, creating an immersive atmosphere that often feels like a blend of Silent Hill and Yume Nikki, and just being a resourceful developer in general - making a substantial world out of primitive homebrew assets, and even doing some voice acting himself (which has improved significantly). Drawing may not be one of his talents, however, I have to say that the simple graphics, combined with 3D perspective and creative visual effects in this game, work very well when compared to a top-down view, I enjoy his art style in this specific format. This game is not complete yet, I managed to finish the first act around 45 minutes, it had some branching dialogue so I suspect that we may see multiple outcomes or secrets sprinkled throughout the game, but I will hold of until the journey is complete. I played most of his games to some extent, even though they generally tend to overwhelm me with ...

About This Game
Act 3 releases in October
A MAJOR update to the game is releasing on August 31st, 2025, which will complete the game with a huge overhaul to Chapters 1 & 2 (art upgrade, new areas, new story, new horrors), as well as the release of Chapter 3 concluding the story, and Steam Achievements. The price of the game will increase after the release of this update in September.
About the Game

After managing to escape death row, a poor unfortunate little marshmallow with blood on their hands cannot shake a past that shackles them. They're sinking into an abyss of surreal horror, isolated but not alone. Join this terrible yet heartbreaking little marshmallow, a mysterious and intrusive romantic named Simon, a gang of friends who may not even be real, and other strange characters as they struggle in a hell of doubt... What's even the point? Is there any future our tortured little marshmallow can look forward to?
Creepy mementos of love... A plague that makes people stare at dirt... A familiar yet grown up face of someone who should be dead... What do all of these things have in common? When the fangs behind our facade sink deep into the mind and reflect our darkest thoughts, it becomes a struggle to not let our shadow take over.
A semi-sequel/spin-off to Close Your Eyes, though made so it can be played stand-alone.

A 3D surreal horror game that combines fixed camera angles with 2.5D elements. The game is mostly focused on its dark world that is occasionally littered with a strange threat or puzzle. Things start off a bit slow but gradually escalate, all while being mindful to pace itself and balance a level of intrigue, involvement and introspection.
Travel between several strange locations, varying from a decrepit theater to a small forest village with no people in it, partake in strange events and overcome any challenges that may come your way. But be wary, things are often not what they seem.
- An intense yet odd atmosphere backed by an original soundtrack.
- A strange and cryptic narrative about loss, meaning, connection, and suffering.
- Quiet horror that settles into a mood rather than rely on jumpscares, paced to keep things interesting.
- Blending together scenes utilizing fixed camera angles as well as 2.5D gameplay with the depth of 3D.
- Scratch deep beneath the skin to reveal new flesh; the game is an entry into the ever expanding 'Yai Gameworks' universe.
No one has full control over themselves, no matter how much some of us wish we did.

Promising game but unfinished, third and final act was promised more than a year ago and no news since. Won't be buying from this developer again.
Incredibly intense, moody, surreal yet real. Those are the words that initially come to mind fresh off Act 1. FYE pulls a grand sum of zero punches in terms of content but handles it all in a mature, artful way that's still disturbing -- and might have you leaving some lights on tonight. Voice acting is on level with Close Your Eyes, if not better, and the music/audio is fitting, chill, and modern... a hellish audioscape... a deeply harrowing nothingness.... whatever it needs to be, and it does it so well. 3 USD honestly feels like highway robbery. Nothing but praise for Feast Your Eyes -- I can't wait to see where AestheticGamer takes us....
Another great and creepy entry in the "close your eyes" universe.
Another incredible experience from Yai Gameworks, wonderfully emotional and terrifying. Little Marshmallow's story continues in a heart wrenching and pant pissing adventure that challenges your puzzle solving abilities and morals. I absolutely cannot wait for act 3.
Interesting presentation with a dream like feel. The first person grid based movement is ok but it can be a little hard to see things that are on the wall. Maybe there is a look up down button and I didnt found it. owo
Definitely worth the wait. ♡
traumatizing. nice game!!
SO FAR this has been a real treat, a few moments have really made shivers run down my spine. Pretty hyped for Act 3, hopefully it comes out soon!
If you enjoy your horror slow, gradual, atmospheric, and crunchy, then I will always suggest the work of Aesthetic Gamer. This is no different, and well worth the price of admission. The man is also a wizard with RPG Maker MV, and has really learned to make the engine sing!
