Yay. Awesome. Minimalistic puzzles at their best! I'm a gamer who has tried hundreds of puzzles and logic games, both on Flash websites and on consoles or such, and of course there aren't infinite kinds of games. Anyways, Circularity manages to introduce to me a new twist - with its smooth and minimalistic graphics and controls (you need only the left mouse button), you're provided of lots of puzzles in which you have to shoot a ball from a clockwise or counterclockwise-turning big circle to another one; there's just a little bit of misinformation in the achievements 'cos they unlock if you complete a level with 3 stars (while they only say "complete level a" etc.). Anyways, in every level you'll find three green dots and you will have to jump from a circle to another one by clicking with the left mouse button and collecting (going through) them, and landing on another circle or on the purple small circle, which isn't rotating and marks the end of every level. Of course, by progressing...

I think mine is broken, I'll just say that right off the bat. First of all, I have completed all of the game that I can(physically, all the other levels are locked), and it was mind-numbingly boring. There is no uniqueness, it is exactly like any number of free flash games you could find online. the only obstacles you find are red sticks and the edge of the screen. there is no replayability, because all of the completed levels are locked. And lastly, this isn't even a puzzle game! In my mind, any puzzle game should have an element of story, a few original obstacles, a way to actually play the game, and something to put thought into. This is a skill game. A bad skill game. The gameplay is based around waiting until a ball swings around a hoop, and clicking at the exact right moment so that said ball hits a purple globe. I realize that this is a unity flash game, and it is indie developed, and that by writing this I am hating on one individual struggling to...
Review:
I bought this game because it was worth just a few cents and it was in sale. I like the game idea, a good classic game with both easy and hard levels, though it can be a bit frustrating in some parts. I have to warn you about one bugged level. "Level 72" Achievement is impossible and you have to download an older version of the game to get it... I did it and I have it now! But you know because of it I will give less points to the final game rating because it's just so boring to do that game correction... The graphics are 2D but are actually good and the gameplay itself is smooth. The game has easy achievements excluding the "Level 72" one that is bugged!
Recommendation:
I'm not giving game hints because the game is easy and really enjoyable if you think it through by yourself! The game is worth it if you have plenty of free time. Not the best game but a good one!
Rating - 64/100
It's a nice idea and was fun for a while but it just seemed to go on for a while, would better suit a free phone app than a steam game, even for a dollar. Lots of visual glitches where objects in the game would appear and dissappear basically at random. The game challanges you to collect 3 green orbs in every stage which completes the stage and gets you an achievment, even though you can progress through the levels without them. If you progress through the level without the orbs and want to retry to get them, you have to pause, exit to the menu, then open up the level selector and select the level you want to retry, keeping in mind that none of them are labeled so you just have to count and remember the level number. Don't think you can pad your achievements with an easy 100% and 80 achievments, because level 72 only has two green orbs, meaning it's impossible to complete and you can't get the 72 achievement or the achievment for completion. After discovering this the game just sta...
A surprisingly happy little game. Simple layout and game idea with good execution. Would recommend as a short past time if you have a few minutes free.
In some places, it is difficult, and in some it is not always immediately clear what needs to be done. The game is worth it, there are 80 achievements and as many as 60 levels!
I mean it's a fine little minimalistic puzzle game and if that's all I had to say i'd recommend it. However there's a broken level, no way to quickly restart, and levels move on even though you haven't "completed" them. These add up to be pretty annoying in a game that really doesn't have much to offer to begin with. If you're going to do a minimal game like this atleast do it well.
Unfixed bugs for several months (f.e. the achievement for level 72). Don't reward this developer with your money. Buy a good game instead.
Simplistic design and easy to learn, but little variety and with some visual glitches. Low replayabilty but a fun game to keep you busy for an hour or so. It really depends whether you want to spend 1€ on this, but it's certainly worth it if you have a discount or when it's on sale. A replay button should added, as well as a 'go to next level' screen as the only way to replay a level is to go back to the main menu, and selecting the right level from there. Also, there is no indicator as to which levels you have fully completed (AKA gathered all the ball-thingy's in a level), so finding the level you were left at is kinda hard as the levels are indicated with letters instead of numbers (and I know there is such a thing as counting, and the achievements make it easier to find the level as well, but it's kinda a roundabout way of doing) Also, 60-something to final levels when? Overall 6.5/10 blue balls.
