This is basically Tetris for people who can beat Through the Fire and the Flames on Expert. Gameplay video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c645knSm2uw&feature=youtu.be I recommend to those who are faster than I am at this kind of thing.

I think I lost my remaining brain cells for this. I think this is better than the Cuphead tutorial.

Very interesting idea! Its tetris, but to the beat of whatever song was put in for that level. The controls are weird to get down (at least for me), but the power blocks make this game a lot more forgiving than it could of been. The power blocks will push down some gaps youve made before. I personally had a lot of fun on the first moving level. The moving parts really add to the chaos of the game! I hope this game continues to move up and get worked on further because so far its pretty fun.

As a long time fan of puzzle games like Puyo Puyo, Tetris, and Puzzle Fighter along with playing rhythm games all the time like Beatmania, Project Diva, P4DAN, and even old stuff like Vib Ribbon I really gotta say that this game is hard as fuck. You have to be able to think super freakin fast in order to keep up with the beat of the song and even during the first real main level after the tutorial I was already struggeling. Unless you're already pretty good at these kind of games I really do have to tell you to just stay away. However if you love rhythm games and puzzle games and think you're pretty good at them, then come on in and fill up the workshop, it's pretty empty being a new release and all that :)

Would not recommend, throwing unexpected blocks at players at sub-reaction speeds within levels isn't fun or difficult, it's cheap. This means that levels are more memorisation rather than fast paced block sorting. The game lacks additional modes meaning if you enjoy a certain song or speed you can only play it within the given level which subjects you to the above problem. Great idea for a game, poorly executed.

This game is worth trying if you are a fan of rythm games, like myself. However, the community of this game is very small, which is seen by the number of the songs available in the workshop. Also, the last updates of the game were in the September of 2018 and I really hope this game will be developed further because I think the concept is very good imo. In the end, I wish that the community will grow bigger since at the moment it seems to slowly die which is seen in the amount of new songs made.

recommended for the graphic, the music, the fun mechanic, and the fast evolving devs! it's great that custom controls and DAS/ARR options has been added! (though the repeat delay 0ms works like 16ms and 1ms works like 33ms... hope this can be fixed. speed matters! 0ms might need some special processing, but that's the key to speed!) though it's just personal request as tetris player... another option "always spawn in the middle" please? imo, the reflection of muscle memory built based on how many grids to move highly depends on the predictibility of the block's position. but for example, a vertical "I" piece near the side, after dropping, another I-piece enters horizontally, there will be a "kick-in" move? that's just some unexpected move (or say the move is not from myself). also the "instant middle" button can be omitted this way. more detail, the double-bar (red) on the I-piece is hard to distinguish from ordinal red block... may consider adding some border or more shiny effects?...

Do you want a puzzle rhythm game where you can scream the whole time and still have boatloads of fun all for the low low price of 3 dollars? Well this is your game. That being said there is a severe lack of content in the game that I hope will be worked on during the early access. I'd also love to see some more effects. The music makes it very satisfying to drop blocks, but an added visual element would be great. I'd also like to get some sort of sound on the failure screen. It's kind of jarring to go from tasty jams or finishing a song to just nothing. Even some cheering after a song would really help out a bit. Lovely game though, I'm excited to check up on this game every now and then to see what new stuff is offered~
