A frustrating game with an extremely moronic AI and broken pathfinding. Despite this the game seems ambitious for its time and the map locations are interesting and have a great atmosphere. The first map is really short yet an extremely bad introduction to the game, which made me think if the draw distance of the game is really that short but luckily I turned out to be wrong. The controls are a bit convoluted and there was something weird going on with the mouse as well. Seeing how bad the AI works, it's often better to move your troops into positions yourself because at least they're able to shoot. Maps can be rambo'd too, especially if the goal is simple. The game is jaggy and barbed in many ways, but it gives you the freedom and responsibility to choose how you play, as games used to do way back then.
