The game is $3.99 with the polish of a $14.99 title. The physics feel good, the game itself is fun and challenging, there are a number of different environments, a few wardrobe pieces to play with, quick chat/emotes, it just has so much for $3.99. It's midnight on the west coast so there was no one online, but like most pvp focused indie/vr titles, I expect there may be a lack of variety of players. The good news is you literally only need to match to one person tho. Some kudos - the developer set it up so the matchmaking function will search while you play against the AI, an excellent feature. Overall I had fun and for $3.99 that's eight bucks between you and a friend to have another game to add to the VR game night carousel.

I have to say this is one of the best VR games that are currently out. A group of us downloaded this game and all played together in groups while having a blast. I wish the developers would tackle a Cornhole game next with these physics and gameplay. Well Well Well worth the money I paid for this game. GET IT!
Fun game. Throwing feels natural and accurate. Recommended.
Using a Rift S and a Rift cv1 and the tracking works fine on both. I am really enjoying Vikubb. It loads quick and I can be playing a game in hardly any time compared to most of my other vr games. The throwing feels very natural. There is a bot to play against if you have no friends. There is also ranked matchmaking. There is a discord to join if you can not find anyone to play against. The developer is very active, and is happy to squash any bugs you find. I was going to use this game to warm up prior to playing more time consuming VR games, but i find myself not moving on to another game and having more fun with Vikubb instead. You will not regret buying this game!
Fun little game. The Devs fixed MP; ranked games are now possible! and very fun, if people are online! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8SCS39dqKg
fun game
Game is fun, it just needs more players, so come join!
This game is so much fun, only shame is without a friend to play against you'll never find anyone online
As somebody who has played Viking Chess(Kubb) IRL, this game is so dope. It allows me to play a great backyard game with my friends a few hundred miles away. The landscapes/environments are breath taking, and the gameplay always feels fluid and true-to-touch. I'm really hoping a 2v2 mode will be introduced here soon, because that would be the cherry on top of this awesome game.
I'm afraid I can't recommend this game due to bad throwing mechanism. According to the developer, it must be a bug. It didn't matter how hard I threw, the knife still landed right in front of my feet almost every time, and the accuracy was terrible. This is a really fun game to play IRL, so it definitely has potential if the developer fix this issue.
