About This Game

From SoulGame Studio, creators of the wildly popular Swords & Souls, comes an all new, even bigger standalone adventure to an island far across the sea. In Swords & Souls: Neverseen you find yourself shipwrecked and caught up in a struggle between a dangerous witch and some decidedly kooky townsfolk. To stop the witch, you'll need to train, fight, train, and fight some more in this addictive single-player combat-focused game that rewards player skill and juicy progression.

  • Addictive and evolving training minigames to train your character's stats
  • A fast-paced blend of real-time and turn-based combat
  • Face hordes of enemies across the Neverseen and its wild environments
  • Tame pets and meet colorful mercenaries, both to fight beside you
  • Vary your playstyle with six types of weapons, passive skills, and unique rings
  • Upgrade your home and training grounds for stat and experience gain
  • Buy equipment, invest in the local museum, go shopping, fishing and more!
  • Keep playing in the post-game endless mode with randomized encounters
  • Online leaderboard to share your high scores
  • A light-hearted story filled with surprises and humor

Fun for first few hours after that it's just repetitive & boring. In the end I was only playing it for the achievements but now that is gone as well. It's year 2025 and this fucking game still does not support something so basic and so easily implementable as Steam cloud synchronization. As you may have noticed, yes, I've found out the hard way after reinstalling my OS and I am most definitely not playing through this boring ass clicker game just to get the last couple of achievements. It probably is my fault but what game made in the last 10 years still doesn't support Steam cloud? And thank you developers for giving me FOUR fucking save file slots even though NONE of them syncs with my Steam account, very cool.

Swords and Souls: Neverseen was a real blast for me, mostly because I loved the first game so much. If you're like me and spent hours on the original, you'll probably enjoy this one too. I'd definitely recommend it, even though a lot of my fun came from that nostalgic feeling. Though even if you never played the first one, this game could still be for you. The game loop is pretty simple: train your hero, get stuff, fight bad guys, train your hero more, get more stuff, fight more bad guys, etc... I found it satisfying. But honestly, the fighting itself is a bit too easy (pretty straightforward if you like that). Really just quite boring. I kept wishing for more engagement in the battles. The real star of this game are the training mini-games. Seriously, they're awesome. Intuitive, fun, repeatable, and nostalgic. My brother and I actually made a whole competition out of those mini-games. For about a month, we were constantly trying to beat each other's high scores. Every day, we'd ch...

A short, cute, and engaging game with an unexpected ending. A remake/sequel to the legendary browser series "Sword & Souls" (there is a legacy collection on Steam). I especially enjoyed some of the mini-games, which may improve your reaction time

A good throwback to the previous game, with some tidbits of story in there and a whole lot of fun when it comes training and customization. Absolutely loved the original Swords & Souls quite a bit and I was worried this wasn't going to be faithful to its flash origins, but it is clear that is not the case. Loaded with tons of more content and characters, enemy variety, combat engagement such as being able to parry or dodge. This game did not disappoint in the slightest and I enjoyed all the way through. Maybe I kind of breezed through it considering that I loved just doing the training from the get-go and only actually playing stages when I was in need of cash.. But that's beside the point! This game is definitely up there in my favorites, and whether you're a fan of the creator of these games or not, you'll find plenty of enjoyment from this game.

IT A GOOD GAME

pro: - surprisingly fun writing and likable characters - simple to learn but hard to master - you can make different builds and switching between them and trying new stuff is very easy - although the combat is turn-based and runs on its own you still have multiple active abilities that also sometimes require the right timing to use, for example you can parry and perfectly dodge enemy attacks, therefore the combat was way more engaging than expected - no missable achievements - good progression during campaign con: - only fulscreen or windowed, no borderless windowed display mode - there is no money sink in the "endgame", so all the money you get while grinding the endless mode is useless - balancing gets worse in the endless mode and there are some hard progression roadblocks that require either a lot of grinding or luck to overcome - no way to respec allocated attribute points from levels - some achievements were a bit to grindy imo tl;dr: - fun short campaign - endgame feels a bit ...

Grindy minigame-em-up collect-a-thon with a personality. Battles are timing-based; I'm unfamiliar with anything quite like it. The minigames are skill-and-timing-based; they will be challenging to just about anyone. Equipment upgrade paths are mostly linear afaict. There's a lot going on here.
