This was one of the first games I bought for my Rift back in 2018 and its still one of the few from that time that I still play regularly. The visuals and sound are a perfect blend to make you feel like you are in a retro virtual world, and the gameplay has that "one more run" vibe that makes it hard to put down. The dev does amazing work, and has been open to suggestions and feedback. In one instance, he fixed a bug I called out to him in a matter of hours. Seriously, this game is an amazing value at full price, so taking a chance on it during a sale is an easy decision.

Enjoyable, fun, well crafted with that little Indie touch you can't find anywhere else. Seated VR is a plus too so you can relax and blast away. Game progression is nice and there's a real motivation to clear levels especially to meet the bosses. I love the uniqueness of it, total full package, an ode to vector graphics. The trailers and screenshots may look confusing and too colorful or trippy, but in VR the perception of it is so good. Sometimes I just roam around filling my eyes with all those awesome colors and shapes, definitely a great break from reality!

The game is definitely retro. The controls are good. Visually it is beautiful. It is a game that you can zone out and just enjoy. The voices are great.
