”…even in its current state, it’s already one of the more captivating multiplayer shooters on Steam right now.” IGN
“BattleBit has echoes of what Eric Barone did with Stardew Valley: a small game that punches above its weight and wins people over with unexpected depth and quality.” PC Gamer
“If you’ve grown tired of extraction shooters and battle royale games and crave something more focused on gunplay, combat, and just having fun over grinding and seasons, I’d recommend BattleBit Remastered.” Kotaku

It's a shame the Devs aren't doing anything. I recently started playing again & it is just so much fun. If you like Battlefield 3 with a blocky sight then I urge you to pick it up and start playing.
I hate that I still love this game 1000 hours in. If this game had constant love, support and updates this would be one of the best shooters on the market. Some of the best gunplay I've ever played. Update soon. Trust.
I reinstalled after not playing for a year. Come back to dead title. Devs basically abandon the game, this can easily be found out in the news feed of the game as well. They were active posting multiple things each month from 2023 to 2024 March. After March of 2024? Nothing. Radio silence. Game has been abandoned, servers are basically dead besides player hosted ones. Devs took their EA money and dipped.
The game is dead, which is a shame. It's pretty sad to see such a big game with a great community go down like that.
The year is 2023, A time when Battlefield missed the mark and Call of Duty could no longer compete, this game shined above all with it's simple pixel graphics but satisfying gameplay. Where are we 2 years later? Dead in the water. The last update made by the developers was over 20 months ago. $49.3 million dollars, gone. What began as a motion support a small developer and using this game as a "you don't have to be AAA to make a good game" became one of the biggest robberies in gaming.
Devs spent years trying to figure out what they wanted to do with it, then they decided they wanted to abandon it.
Fun low poly, low fps gameplay for my low end computer.
It was fun while it lasted, but this game is abandon-ware now. The remaining community is small and shrinking. So, for a game that relies on large player counts to be properly experienced, it would be irresponsible to recommend this to anyone now.
Sell the game off devs, you're dead to all gamers now letting a masterpiece of a game die
