Alicia Quartermain 2: The Stone of Fate is a casual resource/time management strategy game similair to 12 Labours of Hercules. Alicia Quartermain is a treasure/artifact hunter and travels to various lands. At the start of each level, you have 1-3 workers that you direct to do various things ranging from collecting resourses to constructing and upgrading buildings or gold mines. Alicia explodes carts and defuses bombs that are in the way. Jetdogs has the genre down to perfection and makes the best time management games! Overall it's a very enjoyable time management game. If you're a fan of the genre you should pick it up.
Alicia Quatermain 2: The Stone of Fate is a decent follow-up to the first game, though it falls short in several key areas. While the game maintains the same charming art style and level design, it’s hard not to notice the absence of quality-of-life features that were present in the original. One of the main drawbacks is the removal of features that made the first game more enjoyable. These omissions make gameplay feel more cumbersome and less fluid. Additionally, Alicia Quatermain 2 lacks the polish and user-friendly mechanics found in similar games like Hercules. The story and characters are still entertaining, but the overall experience is marred by the lack of conveniences. As a result, my time with the game was not as positive as I had hoped. Fans of the first game or those new to the series might still find some enjoyment here, but it's hard to overlook the areas where Alicia Quatermain 2 could have been improved.
Total rubbish, about the level of a phone/tablet game of 5+ years ago.
Fun as always. If you've played Hercules and liked it, you will like this. There's just something about lil resource collectors that manage to keep my attention better than some AAA games.
Really good time managing game – it has nice graphics, lots of various levels and even some kind of story. P.S. only disadvantage for now - profile features are still limited
It's actually not that this is a terrible game. It works well, it's good if you like time and resource management and it looks good. The thing is that it's definitely not as good as the Hercules games as they have far more variety and challenge to them. This is better than the first game, with more variety of items to collect and trials to face, but it simply isn't as creative as others out there and soon becomes a bit of a grind.
A fun game that may look casual but can be quite challenging if you want to 3 star every level which is completely optional even for the achievements.
Excellent time management game. I loved the story and the puzzles. Really good fun!
I played a lof of Time management/casual strategy and this game is one of the best there is. It has a lot of polish and good artwork, it even has a comic book type story and voice acting. So far there is a lot of diversity, wich is the main reason to play it more and more. I think it has about 6-10 hours of gameplay, depending on how many starts you want. And i have a little video about it here:) the second island. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fO-v2QgGjWA
