Very fun and addictive gameplay loop! The obstacles and mobs make arranging the crops engaging and the soundtrack and visuals are very nice as well. Will update review when I can get a better grasp on difficulty scaling.

As it currently stands, this is a very charming game visually, with some fantastic sound design. With that said, the gameplay feels like you're constantly playing catch up instead of progressing. The amount of time and resources you have wanes as the amount of resources being wasted increases, The upgrades you secure feel incredibly underwhelming as well with each one adding an extra hit to the counter and nothing else. The pets you get to help can't keep up with the work load and with no other alternatives you're left to do the bulk of the work yourself. In seasons 3 and 4 your crops will die for seemingly no reason and with money and the daily amount you can purchase being severely limited it's all you can do to try and break even. You can buy multiple plots of land but you're never going to fully utilize your first. It's all incredibly unsatisfying. I get it, it's in EA and these problems can be fixed with some numbers tweaking and adding some extra mechanics but that means li...

Just leaving a review because there is only 1 other one lol. Try the demo. The game is the demo but already has some improvements and seems to be a bit easier (stamina-wise which makes it pretty easy to build up money). The first season might be a bit too easy now actually. Super cute and definitely has some addictive gameplay. The first season seems very polished already. After the first season everything gets more and more complicated. I feel like the balance is hard to know what you should be focusing on and how best to proceed. It is early access so hopefully, there are more improvements. I feel like there is a big wall after the first season and it seems pretty hard to build up combos, which is the core of the game.
Definitely an addictive game! It's not just another farming game, SFB focuses mainly on strategy and optimizing combos, which is such an original game idea, personally. Once you get your head around it, you can get reeeeally creative while making different patterns for your seeds, in order to extend a combo as much as possible. Plus, FeverTime is and feels amazing! However, I would like plants that grow only once to have more uses other than mainly hit crop eaters... or for them to regrow a limited number of times for example, I don't know. Also, I´d love to be able to buy more seeds at the shop, if I have the money. The seed stock each day feels a little too limited. Having that said, and even though it's on early access, the game at this stage is fantastic. I absolutely love the music, and the art style is just sooo cute! I think y'all should give this game a try and see for yourselves. Can´t wait for new content on future updates.
