Defense of Roman Britain

its hard to recomend this game to anyone who isnt a big fan of the genre. its not a terrible game, but it is a very simple tower defense, and it does have a few issues. my biggest quarrel with it is some lag issues, particularly when times come that you have to click your towers or objects repeatedly. some of the wave units have the ability to freeze your towers, and you have to click them to unlock. this is a problem. it lags my pc down to a standstill. i believe this game was made for phones, so it should run better than this on a pc. another annoyance is that waves often come out of nowhere on like the last wave. you'll have beaten a level up to the end, and then creeps just come out of the woods, or show up on a boat out of nowhere behind all the tower placements and walk right in. you have powers, but they are seriosly under powered. at the time of writing this review im about 25 hrs into it, close to beating it a 2nd time, on the hard difficulty, so it does have some good qualiti...

Price tag is too high for what all the game offers. It isn't a bad game by far, but is a bit too overpriced for what you get. Refund for now. I will considering buying it later if it is on sale.

Constant crashes on Mac when clicking on spots to build. Unplayable!

Love this game; have played it over and over again as I am definitely not into the really heavy duty tower defense gameplay. This is just right. Recommend

This is a relatively simple little game. It is easy to learn but there is a fair amount of tactics in it. So far (63 minutes) I have really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a game like the Total War type of strategy/tactics, you will not like it. If you want a relaxing war game just to pass a bit of time, then you'll LOVE IT! The English is poor but not enough to hinder game play.I personally think it was $6.99 well spent.

There are a lot of different allied units, as well as enemy ones. Many different mechanics, gameplay features. And also an insanely cool non-linear storyline. I also want to note the various effects that can affect the battle, they are very helpful and dilute the gameplay.

Classic tower defence with a bunch of levels and units. I recommend it when you want to get away from large-scale projects for a while. Decent balance, entertaining graphics.

Tell me what other game you can take part in the Roman War? This game has no different in its style, there are enough levels in it to stick into it, different weapons and development options! The game is clearly worth the money!
