I first saw this game through Markiplier and decided to hunt it down to try myself. Is it the greatest game/story ever? No. Is it well worth the hour and the $0.99? Absolutely. Normally I'd say you get what you pay for, but the light humor and cute characters are well worth the entry fee. There isn't much to this game so the list of positives/negatives isn't very long, but the stories are short and sweet and the simple design actually leads to equally likeable characters. The one thing I didn't get was the extra characters didn't really fulfill what was expected of them. This is a small gripe though that could be interpreted another way for other people.
Overall Score: 8/10 SPOILERS:

Okay so I really do wish the background characters had a bigger role considering they give you the option to have your character accept offers. I don't really see the point of accepting or not since you don't see them actually go through with the options or anything like that....

Simple, sweet game that could be categorized as the gaming world's equivalent genre to feel good movies. Yes, it's short, but it's also $1.00. Well worth it.

I like the simplicity of the game. Walk around, talk to people, make some choices and see the consequences play out. At $1.00, this is solid. https://youtu.be/SbeXJWxrSJI

Definitely better than the first Flix & Chill. The storyline, the characters, the bg music, and especially the artwork in this one is superior to its predecessor. My favorite character would be Frank in this one, given that he is such a nerd and so adorable, who is striving for what he thinks is right and is slowly mustering up the courage to stand up for himself. The main characters go through each of their arcs and produce an ending or outcome that makes them better people, at least with the choices I made per episode. Haha! Music is excellente as well! Kudos to the creator of the game, Jason Lovett, and to Joakim Karud! I gotta say, I have become a fan of your music, Joakim!

Found this from Markiplier. Is this an amazing game that deserves a 10/10? No. Is this an Ok game that deserves a 7/10? Yes. Is it worth it for the dollar? Yeah. There's a couple little notices that can be seen with the game messing up, but you can't expect much from this cute little sequel. If you're just playing the game, it could take you 2 hours. If you're like me and playing while also seeking every achievement, maybe 5 hours. Lemme just say this: It's adorable. also they added Arin and Danny and as GameGrumps comedy, Arin LOVES THEM CUPCAKES.

To be honest, I didn't expect much going into this game. $0.99 normal price, I got it on sale for $0.49. I have to say though, I've been very pleasantly surprised by this game so far. It's entertaining, and the dialogue is great. The music is also pretty killer. Really gives a feeling of... immersion. I'd definitely be willing to pay full price for this game. While the design is simple, it's done very well. The art style is consistent, which gives a sense of satisfaction. For the price offered, you can't really beat the experience. I'm interested in what else the dev will release next.
