After 14 years, I finally got the full game. 7-year-old me, stuck with just the 30-minute PS2 demo, would be over the moon. Damn, what a game. I absolutely love it. They just don’t make games like this anymore.

This is the worst port I have ever "played". The 5 minute movie you can't skip before getting to the main menu; The horrendous audio popping, static, etc; The controls aren't mapped, like, at all. It says press "enter" to continue, but they actually mean "tab" or something dumb. I can't even play the game after reinstalling multiple times, verifying files, all that fun stuff. It sucks, because I really loved these games on PS2 growing up, but this port is just a disaster.

The game only runs at 60fps the first time I launch it after a clean install. Any time after that it won't go above 45pfs. Since the game's speed is tied to the framerate, this makes the game pretty much unplayable

fast and fun gameplay personally the best way to experience the game is in vr. The only issue is vr mode is slowed down likely to make the game playable in vr but offers a amazingly immersive experience. The story is short and will take about 4-5 hours to complete but it makes for a great experience if you can catch this game on sale. highly recommend this game

Game is aggressively boring. Cutscene art is cool. That's really all it has going for it. The VR thing sounds cool though.

This game is so fun in VR! Only one problem, the main bad guy needs a nerf BAD! All he does is teleport away and throw massive explosives you can barely dodge. I was having so much fun until then; that fight is so bad and irritating. Other than that, solid 9/10!

This is a case of a game that's actually good getting a really half-assed port. I spent way too much time figuring out how to even get the baseline game to function properly. What you have to do is: -make sure the game is on the main drive (You can't progress past the first scene if not) -Turn off vsync on the in-game settings and go to nvidia control panel and turn it on through there (game speed is tied to framerate and it'll be too fast on default settings) Not to mention there's other issues like the lack of the JP dub, but more egregious: the L3 and R3 functions just don't work at all, and this is consistent with most players. This locks out an entire combat mechanic in an ACTION game, but worst of all is that the devs have confirmed that they aren't ever going to patch a fix for this. I'm way too late to get a refund so I'll just make do but if you hate tinkering don't bother buying at all.

Super duper glitchy, almost unplayably so. "Out of the box" the game does not automatically start in a proper windowed mode or full screen, so you have to figure that out, and theres horrible static pop sound issues, and super quiet volume issues once you fix it. The fixes are all known and available on the internet, but theres a caveat to the audio fix. It requires going into your friggn sound settings and selecting a specific sample rate, which locks you out of using the heaping bulk of bluetooth headphones and earbuds. Its a mess. ZOE 2 is a great game, but this port just doesnt work without a LOT of fiddling. Not really worth it.
