Haunted Halls: Green Hills Sanitarium Collector's Edition

i have a history with the haunted halls series and it was a blast to play through the first, pleeease release the others on steam as i would buy them immediately, great for a first horror game/search game as youll become hooked to the series makes me want to play the next ones, so if you like hidden object games and horror games then this is the game for you!

Really weird and very funny. There is no map but the number of locations is not that big. 10/10 for me!

reminds me of my childhood

Welcome to Green Hills - the sanitarium of your worst fears (quite literally)! This was the HOG that spiked my intrest in the genre (although I played it on a tablet first). The short rundown of the story: You're playing as the girlfriend of a journalist and since no-one wants to come to your aid to help him, you're taking matters into your own hands. Save the patients to save him! Soundtrack: The games soundtrack is very fitting for what the devs are trying to show off as an eerie enviroment, where no-one is safe from the evil Dr. Blackmoore. Artstyle: The artsyle of the game matches its eerie enviroment, where detail is put into the most eyecatching-eerie moments of each scene. There's not many bright colours, as the flow in mostly neutral colours. Puzzles and hidden object scenes: There's quite frequently object scenes where you have to find around 16 items per scene. Some of the puzzles made my brain itch, even years after having played it for the first time.

Sort of difficult at the beginning with no map feature, but when I realized you can get help from the strategy guide, game was a little easier to play

This game has been a favourite of mine since i was young while helping my Nan while she played it and couldn't find it after a few years, i'm happy to have found it and i still love it, the puzzles aren't too challenging, but they aren't too easy either, I've played it a few times now and i enjoy it each time, id definitely recommend playing this game xx

Fun hidden object adventure with really great puzzles and lots and lots of HOG scenes. Graphics aren't the greatest but they hide a really decent game with lol humour and a lot of weirdness.

I love this game so much. It's my favorite Point-and-click/Hidden objects game ever. I've played it 'illegally' for years, and when I saw that it was finally on steam, I absolutely had to buy it. I'm so happy to finally own it. I can recommend it highly! The story, the puzzles, and the music are all great! Why haven't you bought it yet?
