The musical side is handled by the prolific Yashikin (Is the Order a Rabbit?, High School Fleet amongst others) with production by Lantis (Love Live! series) and the vocal talents of Sashide Maria, Toribe Mariko and Hioka Natsumi.

This is the first time I've ever felt real and complete disorientation in a VR "game". Attempting to move around will cause you to lose balance as the rooms you're set up in are laid out in some sort of strange non-euclidean fashion which looks fine while stationary but seems to move out of control if you twitch your head. Also, it's just a music video. I knew that part, but I felt like if it was at least an okay VR experience it could have been decent. The other video (Kisekiteki Shining) is much better, and actually feels like a proper VR experience.
this expects you to launch it while sitting which can be a little weird to calibrate other than that the product is pretty self explanitory so, enjoy?
While this is the better experience of the two Kiss^3, it is NOT worth $4. Well made, the music is OK, and the animations are good.. but this is not a $4 experience! Save your cash and avoid dissapointment. That said.. if this is your first Anime girl VR experience.. well, go on and enjoy.
If you love J-pop & Anime music Videos then this is for you.
Good music video in VR 360. Works as intended. I had no noticeable problems. The graphics are cartoony. The quality varies for some reason between the videos but they were clear and viewable for me. The dev did a good job of creating various scene changes in each music video performance which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The girls stay away from reach most of the time but do come close in some parts and on the train they sit right next to you and have you hold their purse and stuff which was cool. This is a visually pleasing and colorful VR creative experience. You also have something in hand to stream colors in the air while the concert goes on if you choose. It shows what could be if someone takes off with this idea and brings in our favorite real life performers to do the same. But at the very least our anime characters can really come to life. Video here below in 4k of all three presentations. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1127232786
Cute, hot, colorful, fun music videos. Great outfits.
The first song saw you on stage with the idols performing to you and the crowd, this song puts you in the middle of a full on music video! The character models have been changed a bit, particularly the head styles gave been reduced to more realistic proportions but still very much anime. In fact, at this point I think the models look their best, that may be influenced by this being my favorite song of the four though. Another caveat with this one, on first time viewing after loading the song briefly drops out to steam and stutters very slightly at the point Mikasa gets off her chair the first time and there's a slight frame drop when the petals are rushing towards you through the corridors on oculus - any subsequent views are flawless just the first view after loading which is.. Weird. Definitely my favorite song, character model style, costume choice and video of the 4.
I'm a fan of HSS! and would recommend any of their songs. It's great having music videos like this in VR and I would love to see more artists/groups utilizing the medium. The songs might only be a few minutes of content each but I rewatch them a lot. I find music videos are a good way to wind down after playing a VR game but before taking off the headset. All of their songs are good but since you might not want to just buy all of them right off the bat (there is a bundle available), how about I rate them from personal favorite to least favorite? 1) Kimamani Summer Vacation - Good high energy song with great visuals. A vacation to remember. 2) kissxkissxkiss - A bit down-beat compared to their other stuff but still a great song and very surreal visuals. 3) Nozokanaide Naked Heart - One of their newer songs and very polished. Has interactive elements. 4) Astral Piece - Great song and visuals but this one's a solo featuring only Niina (Shikiri #1!, lol). 5) Kisekiteki Shining! - The...
