Chickens Madness

It's cheesy as hell and some of the games are the most dreadful 90's FLASH/JAVA flashback experiances I've ever had i a Steam game, but my grandchildren love it, so I must give it the thumbs up. For the price, it's entertaining and good value.

Bought this looking for something fun to play with the 4 yo in front of the TV. Pretty clunky and unfinished to begin with, the lastest update has tightened up some problems with the controls and added a bunch of game modes. The kid loves it - there's some charm to the game, but a couple of things sour it. 1. The violence - one mini game involves squashing baby chicks into bloody spots - not really enjoyable and adds a nasty tinge to the otherwise family friendly fun, sure you can skip/remove from the list but wouldn't miss it if it was removed. 2. The scoring system is all over the place - winning some matches will give you 3 points while others will give you dozens - it pretty much comes down to those high score matches who will win. I'd like to see bigger scores for some of the simpler "last man standing" type matches to raise the stakes. 3. Controls could still do with some tightening/explanation. 4. So I thought I would write a review for this game as I go. Let me start by saying how I ended up buying this game. Searched Steam for multiplayer local games and then saw the trailer about 2 months ago and thought now that looks FUN! Reminded me of Fusion Frenzy which is exactly the appeal I would like. Lots of fun mini games hopefully. Just about to load it up. Will keep typing as I go....... Ehh ohh should of read some notes but happy to purchase anyway. Opening screen where you select player names looks unprofessional but I guess thats temporary for now. So oncce I got to the main menu I realized I couldn't play alone. So I thought I would do a couple of 2 player games with the other not playing. First think I would say would be your instructions for each mini game need to have control buttons on the screen for each game as its not very clear what you are ment to be doing. This game makes my computer break down into an anxiety ridden mess when it's over. i don't know what it's saying to it since cortana is off... but don't pick on my computer please. fun games.

Beautiful

I wanted to play this game with my kids, but the controller lag and frame rate were too much. We could not enjoy even one round with out it being slow. I turned down the graphics and it didn't seem to help. BUT we did also but 'A Gummys Life' and have no issue with lag or frame rate. The family is loving that one. If Chicken Madness would run better I would give it another try but it didn't fair to well with us.

nice early game with 4p (players) in 2hours after i play with another guys cuz thier no any things happen when we replay the mini games no mods no bots no death player can do any thing but i like it before u buy it the game without online

Poorly optimized, and too many bugs to be even worth listing. Couple decent ideas, but needs a lot of polish, which is not something you expect from a game that's been released proper (as opposed to Early Access). For the asking price, I'd be remiss to recommend this game (got it on sale, and I'll still be refunding).

It's a really fun game to play with friends of course it has some bugs and boring mini games like the soccer mini game. but it's a good game overall. It's feels sad to see that this game had mixed (all reviews). I would give this game an 8/10 as a party game
