1-the game is not just censored, but censored in the most annoying way possible with flowers or stupid cartoon faces pasted on the graphics. It makes you want to stop playing immediately. Started it for the match-3 puzzles… …stayed because every “combo” feels like I’m unlocking a cursed hentai gacha of my own regrets. Gameplay? Addictive. Story? What story—there’s just horny suffering with anime moans echoing in my brain. Me? Clicking gems like my life depends on it while questioning my dignity. 10/10 – it’s not Candy Crush, it’s Candy Crush My Soul.

This game has subverted all of my expectations. At first my thoughts were OK. It seems like a simple Candy Crush like mobile style game and its only 2 bucks... Why not? Every Character gets increasingly difficult, and it requires a bit of strategy as you progress. No brute forcing your way to the next chapter unless you have some semblance of pattern recognition or strategic planning.

My initial save file for this game was from like, 2017, so this review has kind of been a long time coming. Mirror stems from the classic H game formula of using a match 3 puzzle you need to reach the goal of some kind in order to progress the story and unlock your H scenes. The 7 base game characters and 4 DLC characters each have 3 story segments where you get into various high jinks in order to set up battles against the featured girl, and an additional difficult stage just for the love of puzzles. After the story concludes you get a 2 part H scene with its own mechanic to determine your ending, and if you finish the 4th puzzle you'll unlock the free mode for the H scenes. Finishing puzzles gives you money that you desperately need to unlock skills, skill slots, gem modifications, and boosts to your base stats.
