Played this in 2018 when it came out and quit after finding the gameplay too clunky and the matches too repetitive. Came back in 2021 and felt the same way. This year I finally decided to give it some real effort in the hopes of obtaining the 100% completion which I can now say that after 322 hours and just over 1000 matches, I have finally achieved. I still think there is a lot to improve on in this game. The game play is still clunky at times but the more you play the less clunky it starts to feel. The lock on system is abysmal. Really finicky and never seems to lock on to who you want it to. It IS NOT beginner friendly but if you stick it out and take the necessary amount of losses you will eventually get better and start having fun. I was surprised to see that they added new maps as well since the last time I had played which was nice because before there was like 4 maps and it got old really fast. One thing to note is that there are a lot of cheaters on this game and it doesn't s...

User Reviews
The only game in which you can make your own ninja. Unfortunately also, the most unadulterated pay to win, cheat-ridden competitive game I have ever had the misfortune of playing in my entire life. Run and don't look back, seriously. Your entire experience will be playing alongside randoms who thought this would be fun, against teams of four coordinated sweats with years of experience and every single overpowered combo they could purchase.
good game died too early
Should've posted this review years ago but oh well better late than never. Game-wise I think it's great, however execution has lots left to be desired. I'm on a neutral stance to everything, including the members of this community, I don't personally think I've ever had beef throughout my years of this game as I've solo queued for most of my time here, so the things that I say doesn't go towards anyone in particular. I've met some great friends in this game during 2023 in which I still am really good friends with. Specially my good friend Horus which I don't play this game anymore with. I've recently got back to this game for nostalgic purposes and still see old and new faces from years back then. But the matchmaking is still a painful experience, which has probably gotten worse since the player base might've went down. *idk it feels just as painful as before xd*. You'll probably find yourselves matching with the same good or bad players over n over till your session ends since the...
I LOVE THIS GAME
Very fun game, especially with friends.
buy it. play it. love it. repeat
The game is very fun and good online servers on PC, however their servers are garbage on console and have way too many bugs they never fix
Listen this game is a good game but it has serious problems with the steam version. 1: Lock on is never on dead center as it should be when working correctly. My lock on is always to the right of the player instead of dead center and this is so frustrating and confusing. I have a 94% PVP win rate on console where my lock on works correctly. This port, the lock on is so bad i have only been playing missions because the lock on bug will ruin PVP and tank my record. 2: Only console players have their stats displayed at the end of Co-op missions. You never know how many times you died or how many you killed if you're on PC. Due to this i would say they should fix the game for players before selling another single copy as these are pretty big features to be broken. I would appreciate anyone if they know a fix for the lock on issue.
The game is really fun, and for people worrying about not getting dlc. You will get it the people leaving the bad reviews didnt read anything they bought the content that gave them the rewards for the masters from 1-5 not the masters themselves.
