1100 hours, lvl 203. Don't listen to the haters they hate everything. This game is a blast if you play it properly. By that I mean don't think you're going to become the next popular kid prodigy who out duels everyone by lvl 30. You're not. This is not a game where you can bring your ego and expect to have fun. There is ALWAYS someone waaaaaaaaaay better than you and if you let that determine if you're going to enjoy this or not, you will be one of a hundred other nerds online complaining about mordhau. There can only be one best player, and it's already me. I sit alone on the mountain top. So, hop into an invasion server. Try to help your team secure the OBJ. Try out every weapon, try out different armor combos and try out all the perks. Some people do better face hugging, some people are little ballerinas afraid to get their toes into the fight. [h3] Goodbye Mordhau [/h3] Witnessing the steady decline of Mordhau's playerbase has left me sad and hopeless for this game's future. Mordhau once had a peak player count of just over 60,000 players; that was over 6 years ago now and it's been declining ever since. Recently, it's average player count has officially dropped below 1,000 concurrent players and continues to drop with every passing month. As I type out this review, there are currently only 360 players online. I'm not sure if there's any hope of revival for Mordhau anymore. There are a few clans and communities dedicated to trying to keep the game alive, but they're practically the entire playerbase now and even their active members are dwindling. Plus, the majority of players are skilled veterans and very competitive, making it extremely hard for new players to actually get into the game, let alone to stay long enough to hold their own. This game used to be the SHIT! i got my ass kicked BAD but it was always a learning experience. GET GOOD! DONT BE A PUSSY! This game sucks. If you dont have 2000 hours to dedicate your life to trying to play catch up to all the sweaty dorks. Not worth it for casual gamers who work full time and just want to have a good time playing video games.

Terrible drag mechanics and animations, add toxic community and you have 150 active players on a weekend.
