Rynn is super duper cute! This is a cool 1v1 mage dueling game. You select the type of elemental mage you want to be, each having similar base spells, but different ultimates. For example, who wouldn't want to toss giant boulders at the enemy as the earth mage? The different play modes include PvP, against AI mages, a training ground, or a boss mode. You weave spells in the air using the controller and dodge around the enemy's spells by moving out of the way, but be aware that a smart bounce off the wall might take you without you expecting it. The first one to get three hits in wins the round.

What do I think about inVokeR? I would have to say that invoker is the most polished game I have played so far for my HTC Vive, and also One of if not the most fun game I have played. The spell casting is extreamly easy to use but can be hard to master. For example I am able to split my fireball in 2 by casting the split spell, and I am able to make my fire balls heat seaking with the bolt spell. When I save up the mana to use the 2 spells together I can create 2 very hard to dodge fire balls, but if my opponent is good enough they can cast a slow time spell to stop them and dodge. This kind of gameplay creates really intense but fun battles that are good for all types of players. PROS: -Finding matches is quick and they let you practice on targets while you wait -The game looks super nice, and all animations are extreamly polished -the combat is super smoth to play, Spells have combinations that are fun to experiment with, and it takes a fair amount of skill to beat an opponent that...

Great game! The spellcasting is just challenging enough, and when combined with the dodging aspect, this game offers a good workout for both the mind and the body. Super polished all the way through. Multiplayer was a blast. I found a game in about 10 seconds max. I won two, they won one. We hugged, bowed and shook afterwards.

This was the game I didn't know I needed. Most VR games don't offer a multiplayer that runs as smooth as this. You have a basic ranged attack that consumes no mana. From there you have 5 spells available to you. Trust me, 5 spells may seem small but combine it with tactics and timing, and you got yourself a winner. Most of the spells complement your basic attack changing it into an entirely different projectile. IHIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GAME.

The game has a really cool vibe, nice polished graphics and effects, pvp is smooth and feels balanced and fun, with lots of room for improvements in future updates. Have to admit that casting spells with gestures in VR feels good, definitely recommended!

fun mage themed multiplayer experience. The game is polished for an early release (I only ran into a single minor bug so far) The gameplay design is simple yet fun. I feel like I got a good exercise just from dodging magic bolts. I can see myself playing this game regularly as the content grows.

One of the better magic-based VR games even in Early Access. The art style really shines with the tone of the whole game where it's toony and fun. It doesn't take anything away from the epic feel of fighting the bosses as well because the intensity it throws at you is what makes it epic. The strictness of spell-casting, imo, is a plus. It really does feel like you have to cast the spell correctly just like enunciating "Wingardian Leviosa" in the right way. However, if you feel the casting is too strict, you can recalibrate movements for those spells and make it easier in the long run. The only thing that bugs me is that multiplayer is non-existant unless you have a friend who also plays VR and this game. One more thing: the direction you throw the fireballs feels awkward. I'll throw my hand forward, but it'll go down and bounce backwards. Maybe fixing the smoothness of throwing fireballs will help.

Sorry this game don't even launch with compatibility mode ( windows 7 ) to correct the mismatched camera view at start menu , and nothing responds , the " displayed button" text says to click it to access menu but the only thing it does is to return to Oculus menu , neither other button do nothing at all. At start i just stay with a camera view underground and i can' t interact with nothing . I wll wait for a new patch ( 15 days ) to try to correct this , or ask a refund . If things will evolve , i return here to tell you what is happening. EDIT : Ok as promised , things had evlved and for the better ! The staff had fixed this very quickly :) So here come the real advice :) : So i tried all the tutorials first , graphically the game very neat , i love the cartoon style it have, and the gameplay is very impressive ! Unlike other magic games, this one add a big bunch of variety to the gameplay like bouncing fireballs, or time slowing :) In this alpha version , there is no noticeab...
