It looks like the rest of the chapters were included in the game at no extra cost, now. When this game first came out, it was just chapter one. The rest of the chapters were still being produced, and individually released as DLC. I'm just now getting around to playing this and it all looks like it's done. Great story, simplistic but amazing visuals, accessible gameplay

Bendy and the Ink Machine is a fascinating blend of psychological horror, environmental storytelling, and vintage animation aesthetics that stands out among indie horror titles for its unique concept and memorable atmosphere. Developed and published by Joey Drew Studios, the game first launched episodically before being released as a complete experience, giving players a more coherent and immersive journey through its warped cartoon universe. What begins as a nostalgic walk through a forgotten animation studio quickly transforms into a dark descent into madness, with themes of artistic obsession, industry decay, and the dangerous line between creation and monstrosity all explored through gameplay and narrative. The game places you in the role of Henry Stein, a retired animator returning to his old workplace after receiving a cryptic invitation from his former employer, Joey Drew. From the moment you step into the abandoned studio, there’s a palpable sense of unease. Dust-covered ree...

TL;DR, as much as I adore this game and the concepts it brings to the table, and even though it's a massive guilty pleasure of mine, it's not good. If you weren't a fan of Bendy back in the day, I don't think you'll find much enjoyment in it. I think this is the first game I ever gave a negative review for. Which is funny because despite how many flaws this game has, I'm a sucker for this franchise. I haven't gotten a chance to play it until now; my introduction to the game was through letsplays when I was in middle school (same with The Dark Revival, this time as an adult), and now felt like the right time to revisit both mainline games with the name reveal of the third and final one. I can't recommend it. 1. First and foremost, I got softlocked on chapter 4 during the Boris bossfight after dying during the last phase. I just couldn't exit the tunnel you go through when you respawn, and when I paused to leave the game, the menu was stuck and the game just froze. How is that even a ...

It does show it's age, but I think for the first Bendy game, it's pretty alright. Though I do have a soft spot because this was the first horror game I really got into

I love the part at the end of the game where Beast Bendy is about to kill Henry but then something throws a can of bacon soup at Beast Bendy's head and then it reveals that Boris has survived the end of chapter 4 and is back to normal and he then uses the Infinity Gauntlet from Avengers Infinity War to then sacrifices himself to save everyone and stop the Ink Demon. And the final part of the ending is where Henry and the other make a whole Funeral for Boris. Absolute CINEMA!
