Calico & Co is an indie platformer with cats! In the same platforming style as Super Meat Boy, you must avoid death while trying to save your kittens. Current state 5.5/10 + Nice way of making you use all the characters to use their different abilities. + Cats (and dogs +) + Pleasant music which is well suited to the game + holds a steady 60 fps + Good controls for platforming. The jumping is good, with the double jump taking time to get used to. + Not going to break the bank at $2 +/- + Nice graphics for the sprites and worlds. - The world graphics get a bit too much alike - No controller support - No way to customize (controls) keyboard layout (it uses the arrow keys rather than wasd, or at least a and d) - Needs a little polishing with the English - random tiles that are not actually floor (I know this is a decision for challenge, I find it annoying and cheap)

Love this game. Bought it for 1.59 while in beta. Adorable cats getting abducted by aliens, trying to go through HARD levels. The death animations, and the graphics. Super fun, I didn't imagine it would take my time like it did, but there went an hour before I even realized it.
Fun, Cute, controller able, nice clean graphics. Did I say fun? Being a cat you have 9 lives and you may need all of them to pass it. Well worth the money. DLC? :P
This game can offer you so much joy! It has some cons and pros which I will mention in the following lines. At the beginning I said; "Meh! Is this another mobile game find a way to be on steam store?" Yet, and after certain levels, I've found out that I was wrong, and the game has an obvious potential to be as entertaining as it should be! The puzzles are unique, and sometimes they have more than one way to be solved. The cute characters something you cannot turn a blind eye on. The idea that the different characters are not just to fill the game, and you actually need their abilities to solve the puzzles is brilliant! YET, and here come the cons, the game is not "fully" a control friendly! You still need to use the keyboard to transport your characters, and to switch between characters, which turned out to be frustrating when it comes to solving some of the puzzles that require you to be as fast as you could be, and as a platformer game, a keyboard isn't even a choice here! The spikes...
