I want to give this game a good review but I just cant. The game is too stale in my opinion. Its the same basic maps that you are going through doing the same thing. You are just repeating without any real mix up to what you are supposed to do. Not a bad game, just wasn't something Id recommend.

Criminally underrated. COOP. Build your own town. Constantly upgrade and customize gear based off heroes and endless endgame. It can be considered repetitive game-play, however the enemies become stronger and defenses weaker. It's a challenge and a fun one at that. A+++
the beginning is nice but only after some minutes you are in for a grand grind no more quests no more npcs no more nothing its just grind grind grind coop is a little fun but not for too long (graphic is awesome btw. and the game would have tons of potential)
This is what i was looking for, it's almost perfect and i like it very much. thank you devs for making this masterpiece... also please add more content i beg you

This game is pretty good all things considered, but as someone who really loved Heroes of Hammerwatch 1, this didn't quite hit the mark that I was expecting. To start with the positives though, the new art in this game is great! Sprites are more detailed and ability effects look visually very interesting. I also liked the addition of choosing a voice in the character creator instead of having the same generic pain sound for all characters. In general the character creator was very good, but it was disappointing that your character's aesthetic ended up being more reliant on the equipment you had and it didn't seem like I had the same opportunities for color customization in the first game, which was too bad. Something else that I did feel very positively towards, however, was the addition of subclasses. Being able to choose a specialization at level 10 and freely experiment with different specializations without having to pay any respec cost (although you do need to pay gold to respec ...
Enjoying the game a lot ! IMO its more fun than Titan Quest 2. Has that evolved Gauntlet thing down so well. I love that you really need to evade and try to get in those shots around the corner. I also like the quality over quantity enemy design. Nothing negative to say. Just get it.
good
I really do want to love this game. The combat experience is enjoyable, the Diablo-esque loot style is cool... but the gameplay loop is just too terrible. Going into the same map over and over, not being able to beat the boss solo, the slow grind getting anywhere often times with not even finding a SINGLE item I can equip or use. It's just too repetitive with not enough value or return on investment to the time it takes to do the runs. I feel like equipment drops need to be scaled up a bit. Diablo style games work well when they pepper you with loot, with the hard decisions of what to keep being part of the fun. This feels more like a chore that I might not even get anything of value out of an entire run. In my opinion, the death penalty is way too harsh as well, adding to the feeling of losing value at the end of a run. Especially in the beginning. For a solo player, this is very hard. I can't even beat the first boss. And yes, I know, probably tons of people can beat it... I am a fi...
Solid co-op rogue-like.
