For the first hour or so while I was playing this game I was enjoying it and wondering why this never really caught on... my question was soon answered not long after that thought entered my head. Unfortunately this is a case of a game that just isn't very well designed. As you get further into the game (I'm talking like not even an hour in) the window of time your given to make jumps in quick succession *while* making sure you release the button at just the right time to get the correct angle is ridiculously small. While with games like Super Meat Boy and Celeste obviously there will be some level of trial and error to familiarize yourself with new levels & stage gimmicks but in those game I always felt like I was getting better as a player the more I got used to the controls - while here everytime I cleared a difficult section of a level it felt like pure luck after trying it over and over 500 times because I felt like I had little to no control as to what direction/speed my charact...
