This is one of those games I come back to purely for nostalgia. It’s a weird mix of Diablo-style combat with Black Isle’s classic RPG storytelling, and while it’s definitely rough around the edges by today’s standards, it has that early 2000s charm. I won’t pretend it’s perfect though, the balance is off and the combat can get repetitive. If you grew up with this one, you’ll probably enjoy it the same way I do: less for what it is now, and more for what it was back then.
