Nice.
The first chapter of Oik turned out to be a really interesting experience. Even though it’s short, the game manages to offer dynamic and varied levels, never feeling repetitive or boring. In some cases, it even throws in a solid challenge, with a few levels I had to retry several times before beating them. Visually, it’s nothing groundbreaking, but you can tell there’s a decent level of polish and care, which makes the experience enjoyable. Personally, I found it more engaging and diverse than Zup, which tends to feel quite repetitive with very little variation between levels. I really hope the next chapters live up to this strong first impression, because this series definitely has potential to grow.
I liked this game while it lasted, too bad it ended so quickly.
This is a dirt cheap puzzle game. A quite fun dirt cheap puzzle game! Sadly no replay value but I was glad to see there is a very well designed and looking game you can get for even the tiniest of pennies that you can admire very simply. This is the most basic video game I've ever played in my life. I liked it, but didn't love it. But that is fine. I'd say it's worth the purchase if you wanna get a kick start with Achievement or Achievement Leaderboard. 201 achievements. Wow.
