About This Game

“Age of Heroes” is a multiplayer combat VR game that emphasizes physical and intense boss battles. Pick up your weapons, choose your classes (Mage, Archer, Warlock, Priest), team up with other players, and banish evil demons to protect the world!

Game Feature
• Extensive team cooperation and strategy
• Unique and diverse classes and skills
• Challenging and intriguing raids
• Interaction with global players across different VR platforms
• Loot collection and character development
• Actual physical body movements in VR

Classes and skills
Age of Heroes involves multiple classes: mage, warlock, archer, priest, and warrior. The uniqueness of the classes creates opportunities for strategy and teamwork between players. Each class has its own skill set and development. By choosing different skills, you can create your own play style and create a character that best fits your own strategy and personality.
At launch, 4 classes will be available:

Mages are noble masters of the element power from the Energy Source. Mages can deal powerful Area of Effect (AoE) and slow enemies attacks.

Archers are professionally-trained fighters who shoot volleys of arrows upon their foes. The faster the arrows are shot, the more damage they can inflict.

Warlocks can summon mighty golems. Warlocks are drawn to the dark side of the Energy Source. They have mastered the way of fighting demons.

Priests are the key supporters in a team. Their healing and resurrection skills are crucial in raids.

After launch, we will add the warrior class:
Warriors are tanks and have massive defensive abilities. Warriors are best suited for near or middle range attacks.

Challenging and intriguing raids
At launch, there will be 3 different raids: Hall of Death, Freezing Stronghold, and Fort of Horror.
Each raid contains battles and bosses that require team cooperation and different raid strategies.

Actual body movements
In Age of Heroes, you need physical body movements like ducking or quick dodging to avoid darts and boss special abilities. Age of Heroes adapts for different room sizes, you can set different game configurations to complete all tasks with just slight movements for small rooms or change the configuration to use big movements for larger rooms.
Physical movements are triggered when you see the alert on the ground or hear the NPC voice alert, then you know it’s time to react.

Loot and character development
Players have a chance to loot scrolls that permanently enhance the skills of heroes after each battle. With different skill builds and team strategies, every single combat is a new fight. For example, the healing skill scroll will transform priest’s healing skill from individual healing into group healing. This change frees your teammates from frequent hit-and-run so they can focus more on attack. Talk to your teammates to make team combat fun and effective!

Play with heroes worldwide
Age of Heroes includes single-player mode and multiplayer mode. In multiplayer mode, you may set up your own game or join an existing game. Each game allows a party of up to 5 players.
The more players there are, the more difficult the game becomes!
in addition, Age of Heroes supports cross-platform co-op. You can play it with players using either Vive or Oculus Rift.
Also, you can use build-in audio chatting system to communicate with your teammates if your VR gear supports audio inputs.

DLCs in the future
New class DLC coming soon:
A new class, warrior, will be added soon after launch. Warrior is the symbol of courage, loyalty and justice. They fight enemies in the front of the battle line and protect teammates by shields. With warrior, players can develop more team combat strategies.

Leaderboards and achievements DLC
After the new class DLC, leaderboards and achievements will be added to the game. In the achievements system, players can meet challenges in Age of Heroes and gain rewards.

Personal space DLC
In the third DLC, players will have their own personal space! Players can display their trophies and adjust their characters’ skills and talents in personal space.

man i wish this was good but at the current state it will leave you dissapointed Not because its bad, but because you will want alot more than what it gives you, if you read the comments it says you will play in a raid, if anyone has played any MMORPG like WOW, this game takes you straight to those kind of boss battles, But the fun part is going thru a Whole Raid and getting to the "Boss" area, here you are instantly there with no dungeon crawling. Beautiful looking female characters, and classes to choose from is nice Please add more!!

I tried this yesterday and went through it trying out all classes. I played both multiplayer and singleplayer, and played through the game killing the last boss to see what it was like. Overview: The classes are evenly spread out with different perks and abilities for both multi- and singleplayer mode Some classes stood out more than others, which is to be expected considering balancing is an act of itself in videogames. Choosing a class was a little tricky because you had to play through the training match to use a class- which basically is the first bossroom of its entirety, and takes however long you manage to spend killing it, ranging from 3min-15min. And then you go into single or multiplay mode. Here you go into the same map as you started out training in, but instead of sending you into the main menu again, this time you get to venture through a portal after killing your boss. But before you do that, remember to pick up your chest of goodies, this is where you get an up...

Ok so if you were looking for anything along the lines of WOW in VR then forget it, at least not in its current state. The optimization isn't great. My GTX1080 i7 6800k, 16GB is the only machine that will play it smoothly without jittering . There are no options in game that I could find to try and balance graphics and performance; just audio on/off, mic on/off. In its current state its basically just a demo and really should have been released as such, in my opinion. Really doesnt seem like a finished product and is in no way worth anything close to the asking price. Its just select a character, jump into a boss fight..done. It needs trash, dungeon crawling and character skills/talents.... also a player base, couldnt find anyone to multiplayer with. (i know its only a day in but still) So unfortunately requested a refund, but will keep an eye on updates/development. Chinese releases for VR have had a terrible track record for quality, content and updates. I really hope this titl...

Do not buy this game, they just re-released another game nearly under the same name but with ("Reworks") and other additions rather then fixing this

The graphics are great! All of the mechanics are solid, the foundation is great! While this games has huge potential it simply falls flat due to a lack of content. 3 powers per class is really basic and leaves you wanting more. While I enjoyed the game, the current cost is not appropriate considering the huge lack of content, especially considering it is not early access.

Repetitive combat and unpolished user interface. I should have realized that since it' s not early access, the devs won't change anything from what it is currently, which is a skeleton of what could be a great experience. Needs more work. So much potential, and very disappointed that it seems like the true potential may never be realized...

Does not work with oculus rift + touch. Requires trackpad for locomotion and nothing on the touch works to replace it. Also you have to aim downwards with the touch seeing its expecting you to be holding a wand.

Not sure whats going on, but I find beaming around extremely annoying. Restricts me or doesn't respond. Playing as a Warlock all I do is stand, charge a shot and fire, kill a thrall and pick up health and repeat. Not sure where all the rave reviews are coming from. Waste of 32 bucks in my opinion.

I did enjoy this game. The only problems being that the game just sort of died out. There are not really other players and the game is fairly limited in content. The DL packs that were supposed to be added literally has no news about when or if they will ever be done. It is as though the Devs just abandoned this game completely. While it does have a lot of potential, I would say don't purchase this game unless they actually start adding this to it. As it currently stands, it is not even close to worth the price.
