The first playthrough was enjoyable, just draw whatever you want and try to make it in the art scene. But if you want to see the other routes/endings, the game becomes incredibly frustrating, since you need to appeal to certain buyers in order to progress in the story. You can only do that with guides that show you what hyper specific paintings you need to draw in order succeed (looking at you minimalism and expressionism route). That part of the game is just a chore and not fun, you are chained to draw what the clients want. Perhaps that is a hidden commentary on the art scene in general, since you are bound to draw what the commissioner wants.

Never understood how to upgrade or really do much of anything except make paintings and click sell. Some kind of hint towards if/whenmore gameplay then that comes.
