Goal:

You are the cats' only salvation. Free them from their traps and have them follow you, and take them to safety. Not every cat will be easy to find. Make sure the whole team gets alive to the end. Amidst evil creatures determined to steal your beloved cats and keep you from saving your feline buddies.

Features:

  • Puzzle Elements
  • Magical Powers
  • Pickable Cat Friends
  • Rideable Griffin
  • ...And Much More!

Story:

Many ages ago, in a far away place known as Felis Island, cats held a fierce war against dragons that lasted over three thousand years. The origins of such rivalry is a mystery, but all that is known is cats managed to come victorious out from such strife. How may cats defeat dragons has also been a well kept secret.

They indeed slayed all dragons except for one, Eolus. Who had cast an immortality spell upon himself.
But cats had made a pact with a powerful ally Eolus would had never imagined, beings skilled in the arts of black magic, or 'witchcraft' if you will. The deal was if cats agreed to become familiar companions for them, the last of dragons would be imprisoned inside a powerful magic jar, along with any minions he might have had in his service. So the deal was done, and Eolus was trapped inside the magic jar.
The only complication was after some time the jar became lost, tipped over by a paw, and beheld by remorseless eyes as it rolled down into darkness, never to be found again.

Until now.

The jar has been found at last, though having everyone forgotten about its evil contents, it became open once again, releasing Eulos and his minions. A mishap realized by no less than a curious feline, who by his actions have put his own life into peril, as well as the lives of every other cat on Felis Island. And it's up to you to bring them all to safety once again.

This game is neat and fun to some point, the only real problem with this game is that there are no checkpoints in the stages so if you DIE! which u will alot then you need to restart the whole map from the beggining and it gets so agrovating.

dear gods this is stupid. controls are murky, pushing buttons may potentially guide your character in the desired direction. That's exactly what you *don't* need when jumping over traps while carrying a kitten is the most common puzzle. This should be called Failis.

The idea is cool. The graphics are nice. The gameplay and controls... not so much. Hopefully they will patch the gameplay to support xbox controllers better by default. I managed to fix the button mapping at the intro screen but the responsivness is just not there. Too easy to slide down stairs or accidentally throw the cat to their death. kind of a game ruiner for me.

Really cute and beautiful game. Sometimes the physics messes up and you'll fall into a hole holding a kitty cat, make sure to throw it before you fall down though because its sad when they die. The cats are the most adorable things ever, they have a cute squeeky noise when something lands on them and they have the cutest armor and meows. The art is enjoyable and the gameplay is great, I definitely recommend this game especially at the current value. 10/10 if you don't have this game you hate kitty cats.

So I played the game, and it seemed kinda weird at first, the controls are a bit wonky also the physics but I mean was a cute little simulator nonetheless :) I appreciate the experience! https://youtu.be/om39718LSzI

+ Beautiful graphics (the only hook that made me buy the game) + Price + Cute + Music - Really REALLY clunky and annoying controls - you don't feel you are in control, your character slowly falls off stairs, jumps randomly etc. - Physics (cute kittens and enemies are blocking you and each other). For example it is very tricky to pass under the checkpoint saver because of that) - AI - the kittens set off traps that onehit kill them and you, enemies steal your kittens and you are not able to follow because of the physics - Repetitivness - you have to repeat the stages over and over again, not because you need to GIT GUD, but because of some physics glitch that killed off your kitten (or you) - Cute kittens cannot jump, so you have to grab one to jump with them. Meanwhile the other steps on a trap and kills itself. Restart. Grab one, tell it to stay, grab second, do a tricky jump, tell it to stay, grab the first one, do a tricky jump, release it, grab nr. 2, tell it to follow, rescue thi...

Not recommeded based on the controls. This game is also very clunky and not easy to get around especially while carrying cats over traps or fighting enemies.

Cute but not groundbreaking. As another reviewer mentioned, you pretty much have to herd cats sometimes, but it's not too bad. For the price, especially on sale, you'll probably get a kick out of it if you're a cat person. If you don't like cats, then this is a run-of-the-mill platformer with nice art, but the mewing will probably annoy you. So, the correct answer is to like cats.
