About This Game

A collaboration project between ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko and SEGA, the Sega Hard Girls are made up of various Sega consoles, including the Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, and Mega Drive! These anthropomorphized consoles are girls with an array of personalities and spunk, and this time they are teaming up with Neptune and IF for an all-new adventure!

A History of SEGA to Love! Introducing Sega Hatsumi, Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Game Gear, Mega Drive! Familiar faces Neptune, IF, Nepgear, Plutia, and Uzume return as playable characters, all with a wondrous 1080p graphical sheen!
Be Anything You Want! Change classes to switch up stats to customize your team! There are also special skills only specific classes can use!
IF is Her Own Stuntman! Maneuver through treacherous dungeon terrains with various actions like jump, dash, climb, crawl, to reach items or special rewards, and even destroy objects to clear the path ahead!
Fever Time! Jump to obtain the rainbow gem and unleash Fever Time! This reduces enemy turns during battle, enables HDD form, and raises stats by 10% to give you the advantage!

The banter and smack talk that happen throughout the rest of the dialogue is great, too. [h3]Fever Time[/h3] This is a useful mechanic that has helped me defeat bosses I otherwise wouldn't have been able to defeat. [h3]Mega Drive[/h3] Mega Drive. [h3]Sprinting[/h3] You now can breeze through dungeons and easily avoid Surprise Attacks. I was genuinely happy when I learned this was a feature. [h1]Meh[/h1] [h3]Camera[/h3] The camera shifts perpendicular to your character when you climb walls or zipline, and it autocorrects unless you stay still. [h3]Combat[/h3] Battles quickly become repetitive. By the end of the game, I found myself using AoE attacks on regular enemies to charge the Fever gauge, popping SP Chargers on the field, and spamming EXE Drives to kill bosses. A good entry in the neptunia series. The dash button and the tweaks made to the battle system from the rebirth games are great inclusions. Great game would nep again.
