I very nicely done AHOG, HOs are clear, entire game is crisp with color and it even has a story. The Bonus game is a game in itself. Well done !

Game won't run properly in either wide screen or full screen. The game is about 5x5 in size. Too bad I didn't realize this in time to return it for a refund. Very bad.
Great HO game. Vibrant characters, engaging plot, challenging HO scenes, and fun minigames. You play a detective who has been sent to this village in regards to an incident that happened some years ago. When you arrive, the village is in chaos as a series of cursed cards are being handed out to some of the village's more prominent members. And they are dying. Badly. Can you figure out the secrets of the past, as well as solve the mystery happening now? Worth a buy. Probably in the Chimeras bundle, as both are great HO games.
It was too short, as most HOGs are, imo. But this was a better-than-average HOG, I thought. There was quite a bit of running around. I like that. (Some people don't.) There is a map. I just love running around and finding things. The mini-games and puzzle pieces fit in with the story moreso than most HOGs, I thought. The hidden object scenes just had a list, with a little interaction on one item or two, which is to be expected for an older game.
Fun and creative game for me, I'm a 70 yo woman.
I played this game for 6 hrs, but if it had been going at regular speed I would have finished in 3. I don't know why, but it was like wading through mud playing this game. I understood that I had to reset my monitor to 1080p, but there was no reason for it to be going so slow. Only the engaging story kept me going. The artwork was beautiful, the voice acting was nice - though the baddie sounded more like a pirate than his backstory would suggest. If someone could suggest a way to speed it up to normal (waiting for the animations was excruciating), I'd be willing to change my recommendation! However as it is... It was very disappointing.
why is it always the dilfs that die sob sob
Yes, this may be a short game but it was thoroughly entertaining! A fair bit of running around between scenes but the map was straightforward and quickly helped to make decisions as to where to go next, providing little hints as to what you need to be doing in that area too. The bonus game followed on from the main game and was as equally good, much dodging between scenes there too, but in a fun way! I love the Chimera games, I now have them all in my library, with two left to play, excellent value in the bundle.
Nice straightforward hidden object game, with decent art and good voice acting. Pretty reasonably difficult puzzles.
Good game like its story.
