For short: This is a overpriced VR horror game that has a few cool concepts but the lack of a story or any interesting gameplay makes me not recomend this game. Scares: I don't think there was any part in this game where I felt even remotely scared. After the first three go throughs I am left to believe that there is nothing to do in the game other than wait for the ghost/demon to scream at you, which was just a failed jumpscare just about every time. Story: This section is kind of simple... There isn't really one.. You go into a scene in which the same ghost/demon approaches you as you watch the same few signals of her approach. Once the lady screams at you, you are teleported back to a area where you read a couple notes then go into the next section... The backstory behind the ghost/demon can be found through the notes, but it is hard to follow as very little information is given at a time and the isn't too interesting anyway. Gameplay: This section is also pretty simple... There ...

Yes the environments are beautifully crafted and the sound is top-quality, but you cannot move/explore, and there's very limited interactivity (it's an 'experience', but nobody said a VR experience should be mostly looking around and doing close to nothing). And worst of all, there's almost no story. To be honest, it feels like a (talented) developer (or team) made a nice proof of concept, but then didn't have the motivation (or resources) to turn it into a full game, so it was released as "an experience" and sold for a high price. I can't recommend buying this unless the current price (of 20 EUR) drops.
I just got this on sale and I'm really happy with what I got. Yes, it is more of an experience than a traditional game, but this experience is actually nicely designed, well made, and randomized so there's quite some replay value. I like it quite a lot and I'll definitely be coming back to it!
I bought this on sale at a hefty 90% discount. I lasted about five minutes before deciding it was a litttle bit *too* creepy for the time and place I first played it. I, therefore, am not qualified to give a full review, but It's definitely worth a punt for £0.71. It's *really* creepy. From my limited time in the game (so far) I can say that it has fullly customisable rendering options and fluid controls.
This is the scariest VR game i've ever played. Me and my friend Casper just tried it, and we almost scare-quit the first time. I REALLY recommend this game if you want to get REALLY scared! + The graphics are 10 / 10.
Wow this game looks great on the index. Not for the faint of heart. For being 4 years old its a pretty good title.
I have never finished this game. It is the scariest VR experience I have played. I highly recommend it for it's excellent atmosphere, visuals and concepts. One day perhaps I will have the courage to finish but I kinda like keeping it at this unresolved forbidden level.
Creepy and a learn as you go kind of horror game. You are in a set position and get moved around to different positions. You get random tools to interact in some ways with the witch. I'd say it's a good party game and for introducing people to VR and/or VRhorror. I'm not sure if I'd agree with a $10 tag. But I would say grab it on a sale because it's offered me and my friends some fun spooks.
Boring and repetitive, neither scary nor fun.
Holy chit! What an awesome experience! I played it for an hour straight, not reading much about it at all. I played it too long actually, but it really felt like a nightmare. The in game clues led me to understand the strange loop I was stuck in... The only way to wake up is to look out! 2020 edit: also check out Cave of the Petrified
