tl;dr below there's a good game hiding in here somewhere but the writing especially needs serious work. it drags the entire game down with it. the graphics are good, the interfaces are... serviceable (the font choice and CRT effects in the main conversation screen feel particularly like they need some love and care), the engine feels stable and ok to use though it needs to run while you're alt-tabbed from fullscreen, the gear and equipment your character needs to use is straightforward. i like the soundtrack and general sound design a lot tbh. it's understated but effective. now for the bad stuff. the writing is shabby, immature, and stops short of defining the world and how people live in it. the game often assumes you're playing as a man and the writing also reflects this sort of unserious, superficial misogyny, like, the author doesn't actually hate women but likes to put stuff in his game that makes it feel like he does. multiple occasions of the word "retard" in dialog really ...

It's like the first Fallout game in a Soviet setting. Once you get used to it, the game isn't that bad and offers a lot of options. The developers are doing their best to squeeze even more out of the game, which is great!
sovokrpg, hilarious first two hours, then dull
Got it initially, it wasnt great, tried it again after a long time, and well. Its not for me, its badly done.
Great game! Thank you! Also, big thanks for the UA localization ;)
It's fun. It gives fallout vibes. It's been great to play on steam deck
Played enough to really like the game. To be honest the recent reviews don't give the game enough it justice to those that love the genre and there's not enough of them around. Thing I'd improve, though i'm still "starting" the game with about 30h or so played: 1. a better explanation of the stats effects for new players; 2. possibly a warning that a particular dialog is a one time only (even a general warning that stats based dialogs are not to be repeated if failed). Only found 1 bug that completely messed my game. I will explain how and why: a) I was using TNT timed explosive item for the first time and figure how to set a timer; b) drop the item etc, nothing happens, wait for time, nothing happens. I figure i'm too noob for those and decide to repick it to sell. I continue my game, nothing wrong happens. Some saves later (yes stupid - rerwite over previous saved games, that had no story continuation but around 20h gameplay back- I'm an addicted scavenger-horder what can i say...)...
very captivating old school rpg. If on sale I'd highly recommend that you give it a try
An excellent game with a fun sense of humor. Unfortunately, it starts to lose steam toward the end, but the overall impression is still quite positive.
The writing needs serious work lmao
