[b][h1]WayOut[/h1][/b]The core mechanic of WayOut is to flip tiles to clear the board, it starts pretty boring but as each section introduces a new mechanic it becomes a lot more logical and fun. [b][h2]Gameplay[/h2][/b]Flipping a tile flips itself and the surrounding tiles, the levels that solely use this mechanic are very reliant on trial and error without a guide, luckily these are mostly limited to the first section of the game before new mechanics are introduced. Each section adds a mechanic that change how tiles flip in some way, these make the levels way more logically focused. I much preferred the levels with paths and cut-off areas to the big square levels as they had a much clearer direction and better puzzle design. [b][h2]Achievements (66/66)[/h2][/b]The achievements are arbitrarily scattered across random levels, but hovering the levels shows you which unlock which, you have to complete every level perfectly to get 100% achievements. The game has smooth difficulty progression that introduces new concepts throughout the chapters and a clean, minimalist design that keeps the focus on solving puzzles without distractions. I really enjoyed it. For its cheap price, it’s a must-try for puzzle enthusiasts.
