It's a neutral review. Void and Nothingness aroused in me rather conflicting emotions xD I'll leave it to you to decide if you'd like to experience that. Praises: +The greatest feature in my opinion is art (♥ω♥*) The style feels quite unique, plus it's so dynamic, visuals change so often, sometimes it's almost like watching a video. I mean how it often happens in typical visual novels--you may read for dozens of hours looking at the same sprites (rarely reflecting their emotions in their facial expressions), backgrounds are changed occasionally, still we have to look at the same image again and again. If you are lucky, you'll stumble upon a breathtaking CG and it feels like an amazing achievement. In this very short game I saw so many exciting images, several times I clicked hoping to see a more suitable for ss text but...it was gone, artist has made such an awesome job just to present their art for a second to change it with something equally beautiful. That was truly ...

A short (~30 minutes) kinetic novel. Needs more proofreading (there's a handful of typos, as well as two odd instances of what look like placeholder notes that were accidentally left in), but the writing has a wonderfully dreamy, poetic feel, flowing from one thought to the next, sometimes vague as to what the protagonist is actually saying out loud and what she's thinking. The art is beautiful, and the music really builds up the atmosphere. I was all set to give this a positive review, and then a twist ending abruptly sucked everything interesting and ambiguous out of the story, leaving only a husk of tired cliche, and I just felt cheated. English visual novels have such a shortage of artfully crafted short stories like this. Fuck that ending for ruining it.

Interesting and very thought provoking little story here. This is a story that you'll need to read as it has no voice acting, just music that you can turn off and on or adjust via the volume control on your speakers or headset. This novel, even though about a call girl living in the big city.. tells a deep story that anyone older then a young teen can relate to as far as life itself. It contains some very surprising twists and turns that will have you wondering "what the heck?" and make you want to keep reading until your finished. I read this aloud to a live audience on my YT channel, and they all seemed to enjoy it, and the average rating from them after listening to me read it was about an 8 out of 10. It might be a little over-priced at $3.99 USD, but it took me about an hour and a half to read it outloud. The story was pretty good, it definitely kept my interest, but I felt like it was a little overpriced. Because of the higher price then I'd like to see for this, I giv...

It's a very short game. Took me 24 minutes to finish reading it and there is zero replay value. All the scene changes made me confused and the ending is abrupt. The only redeeming point is the art. To the developer, please reconsider redoing the story again.

I'm mixed on whether to recommend this. I really wish there was a Neutral button. Pro: somewhat interesting story - is it real or a dream? Cons: short not as engaging as other VNs I've read
Also, beware of "restart" and getting into a loop trying to see if there's more to the story.
I bought this game based on the title because I am a nihilist and have a passing interest in Steam's vast library of animu trash. This visual novel does not seem bad, especially when compared to other visual novels. It lacks some things, like an options menu, or a story that isn't kind of lame. If you like this sort of thing you will probably enjoy Void & Nothingness more than not. I guess.

It was actually tedious to follow to for such a short novel. Overdetailed and overtalked narration does not fit the ending... Has a promise though. I preferred Carpe diem even though it was 4 times shorter. I will give a try to other titles by this developer though.

Short story with nice music and art work, would have liked a longer story or two or three more short novels after the first, what I'm saying is, I liked it, it was just to short. Worth having in the collection, when you get it on sell.
