This game is a blast! The concept is a classic boss fight situation, one person uses keyboard and mouse or controller, the other takes the role of the boss using a VR headset! Very simple and quick fights, but with someone you know controlling the your enemy every round of this game is hilarious fun! At first I thought the fights were unfair for the person not using the headset, however after more time in the game I found it to be surprisingly balanced! However, I think this game would be MUCH better if there were multiple characters to choose from with different abilities for both the boss and the fighter, and different maps to fight in. Overall: very fun, silly, and a great game for playing with friends!

I don't usually write reviews.. but this game is freaking awesome fun! Had a couple of friends over and played for almost 2 hours straight - would have continued if it wasn't 2am!! The balance is fine.. Yes the boss initially starts out with an easier time.. but once you get the hang of the keyboard (or gamepad) this get ALOT harder.. with the boss player often looking like a crazy person swatting at a horde of flies... It even got to the stage where the boss player was lying on the floor to try hide underwater and "lure" the hero to his watery lair.. pretty sure we almost had some cracked knees too.. from dropping down so fast to try escape the hero!! Wins initially started with the boss.. but then pretty much alternated in strings as people adapted to tactics.. (eg. 5 wins boss, 5 wins hero, 5 wins boss etc.) Definitely the best multiplayer fun we've had on the Vive so far.. To the devs: Things we'd LOVE to see in the future - Another map? Especially one where the hero can go a...
The game takes a great concept and delivers, definitely a must buy if you have the hardware. The controls on both characters are smooth and precise, I'm using a dualshock 4 as my controller, and the graphics, especially the colors, are great. Balance-wise I think the game is fine. My initial reaction was that the boss was overpowered, but after playing several rounds with my brother, the game became more reliant on who was more tactical and made better predictions. This game is a great example of how local multiplayer can be done with one VR headset. No frame rate or lag issues, I hope the developers update it with new stages and characters, and continue innovate in this new game market.
Even on sale, I can't recommend this game. There's just not enough content here. There's 1 hero, 1 boss, and 1 stage. That's it. You can either play against the AI or against another player. With the boss, the world looks very small. You swing your arms wildly about or grab the hero. You can destroy the platforms the hero can jump on. You slowly but surely dwindle the hero's health doing all the above. However, there's nothing really fun about it. I mean why can't I grab the hero and toss him in the lake? Or grab hero and drown. Or grab hero and keep pounding into the platforms? I mean you can do it in-game, but you won't do any damage. At least let me breathe fire or something. The AI is stupidly bad. I never lost and I wasn't even trying. You can only attack in a frontal cone. The hero can jump, attack, or lay mines. You use the controller. You avoid getting grabbed or swiped. After a 3-4 playthroughs, you'll have done and seen everything you can do in thi...
Definitey wait for a good sale to get this game on. It's a ton of fun! There isn't a lot of replayability though. The developers aren't supporting this game anymore.
Best f**ckng idea for VR ever! If you have a Vive, a controller and a friend :P You simply need to own this game. Thanks to the dev - looking forward to seeing what you can do with this concept.
I am really loving this. Dev seems active. and it can be played seated. Just needs LOTS of arm room around you. There is an item sitting on the ground that lets you adjust head height.
Let's put it like this : it is way too expensive for the current content. That being said, it is a fun casual "End Boss Fight" game with a twist. It just desperately needs more heroes (with different powers, replacing the mine in the current one), and different bosses and locations.
Amusant 10 minutes maximum, ensuite désinstallé.
Quite fun. A bit content light right now, but I can't complain too much as there are few local coop vr games on the market. With a bit more maps, bosses, and heros, I could recommend this game to most people. As is, it is still the most fun I've had with local vr.
