About the Game

Design and build your own hospital!

Build up a hospital from nothing to a masterpiece as you design the most beautiful – or functional – healthcare operation in the whole of Two Point County.

Optimise your hospital design to increase patient (and cash) flow, arranging corridors, rooms and waiting areas to your exact specifications. Expand your hospital to multiple buildings as you look to get as many patients through the door as possible.

Place decorative and functional items around your hospital to improve its prestige, lower patient boredom, increase happiness and keep those end of year awards flowing in.

Cure unusual illnesses

Don’t expect Two Point County to be populated with your usual types of patients. In this world, you’ll experience all kinds of unusual illnesses; from Light-headedness to Cubism – each requiring their very own special type of treatment machine.

Diagnose illnesses, build the right rooms to handle them, hire the right staff, and then get ready, because curing just one of these illnesses is just the beginning. You can handle a single patient – but can you handle a Pandemic?

Once you’ve conquered an illness, research improved cures and machines and turn your hospital into an unstoppable healthcare juggernaut.

Improve and expand your hospital horizons!

Your first hospital is where it begins, but what next?

Once you’ve cured the residents of a small harbour village, can you take on a bigger challenge in a busier hospital?

Improve your facilities, upgrade machines, staff and layouts to make more money, more quickly.

Train and improve your staff, levelling them up with new skills and abilities to make your hospital even more efficient.

Make use of the extensive statistic and information screens to analyse your strengths and weaknesses, and make rapid alterations. Adjust the price of your treatments, keep an eye on your turnover, take out loans and optimise your earnings.

You’ll be managing staff with unique personality types and traits, so you’ll need to keep an eye on who’s being efficient – and who is just a pain in the neck. Balance your workforce with your ambitions as you strive to make profit (and hopefully save some people along the way).

Very addictive and fun game that i managed to clock in 50 hours in less than two weeks. The campaign scenario gives you plenty of challenges to complete with a difficulty learning curve the more you progress. I don't own any of the downloadable content or add on content but you could easily sink hundreds of hours with all of them combined. Highly recommend!

It's pretty much build the same hospital over and over again, the variations are early levels have less things to cure and later levels have random epidemic events. Some levels have a different challenge to get stars, but it's rinse and repeat. It's an okay game.

I love this game, but I would also love to see a Two Point Hospital 2 that takes the learnings from Campus and Museum and applies them back to the original game. Imagine hiring doctors and nurses with a clear base specialism, instead of fiddling around with recruits just to train and min-max a “perfect” GP or surgeon. One of my biggest frustrations in Hospital was ending up with odd combinations, like a surgeon with psychiatry. I wanted staff who did one job and did it well: ward nurses, pharmacists, GPs, surgeons, diagnostic nurses, treatment nurses, and so on. Introduce legendary or mythic staff that can be unlocked with unique, powerful perks. For example, a doctor with a radiation mutation who can process X-Ray, Mega-Scan, and any future radiology machines much faster than anyone else, with a boosted diagnostic score on top. Bring in long-term patients and expand the ward system. A general ward should exist alongside a long-term ward with different beds and facilities for ent...
⭐ Two Point Hospital - A Humorous Medical Adventure
What I Played: I dove back into the nostalgia pond thanks to a fellow Theme Hospital veteran's recommendation. Spent about 15 hours building clinics and curing some wacky illnesses. The Good:

This game totally respects its spiritual predecessor, Theme Hospital. The humor is on point, and the illnesses are hilariously creative. I couldn't stop chuckling at the absurdity of it all.
Managing the hospital staff is a riot. Dealing with their quirky behaviors and keeping them all in line adds a fun layer of chaos to the game.
The Bad:

Sometimes the pace can feel a bit slow, especially in the beginning when you're still figuring things out. Patience is definitely key here.
The controls take a bit of getting used to, and I found myself misclicking a few times, which could get frustrating.
Verdict: Recommended - Two Point Hospital is a delightful...

I've reached the third hospital, and each hospital adds new resources for you to learn how to use and manage. I don't see much logic in the administration, as there's no way to know how to handle unsuccessful treatments and deaths. The mechanics feel like a game of luck. I think the game will only become difficult with the variety of resources causing problems and imprecision in your actions. The game is very imprecise. Some tasks are easy, while others I have no idea how to achieve. As I said, you achieve the objectives without knowing exactly what you're doing. The text is bizarre, but it's not as intelligent as "congested with congestion." I expected more from the game. It seems like games are being made by artificial intelligence lately, and humans just smooth out the rough edges... The core of the game becomes very abstract, and one resource derives from another. For example, in Hogwartz Legacy, artificial intelligence was heavily used in the voice acting. It was quite bland,...

Been playing this type of game since Theme Hospital in PS1, the very first game that made me realise my love for simulation and management game. Definitely improvement in terms of graphics and play style from is predecessor. Since it was the first series from Two Point, of course this is where they experiment a lot in terms of what makes the game better and unique. Overall a solid choice for introduction to someone who wants to try simulation and management games without that much of complexity.

i have played this game for a couple hours and i had to watch a guide to understand what to do. i am not satisfied with the amount of guidance given in the game. I find myself staring at the screen and not a lot is happening and I am left wondering what should i do now? there are settings that need to be changed to excel in the game that you wouldn't know to do this without a walk through explaining this and even though i have changed this, i don't fully understand what i've done it for. one of my objectives says i need to promote 3 staff members - well i have clicked everywhere on the icons and cannot find where to promote them. i have also been waiting to unlock more items and realised on my third hospital that i can unlock them and that i had 'K' to spend. overall i cant decide if this game is just lacking tutorial and explanation or if i just don't enjoy these types of games?! i don't want to have to watch youtube videos to comprehend the basics of the game - the game should make ...

A fun hospital builder, really simple and easy to get the hang of. Actual diseases and injuries are replaced by things like removing pans from patients or fixing their heads when they've become replaced with lightbulbs. Could be fun to have another mode with more realistic injuries and diseases
