I had a good few hours of fun playing Kittypocalypse - Ungoogled. The first few levels are easy, the middle couple of levels get tough, but the last levels are easy since most of the weaponsa are unlocked by that time. Nothing too complicated, just the right dose of hectic action and management. The only thing that's REALLY bothering me is that some of the achievements are bugged! As a completionist, this is annoying as hell. Hopefully the devs will iron this out! I can't wait to stream this game once it's fixed! A few other thoughts: 1) There is a lot of potential for Kitty humor in this game. Maybe hire a writer to work in some jokes - or ask the community for a few one-liners. 2) Modding - it would be awesome if users could make their own maps 3) Have a few more voice over options like 'new wave arriving'

Not much to say about this since the best was the image from the storepage, so recommend you to save your money and look for something else instead ;) the game is very bad balanced and tower placement are really messed up! as if they just was smashed down quickly right after they completed most of level design + many times towers wont fire at enemies when they are in range & each time you restart a map and build the same it's not same result you get each time = messed up somehow (should be in early access if you ask me) edit: This comes from a real TD player and not some casual pleb "there screams OMFG Kittens then its good no matter what... (you're welcome to hate me for not having same opinion) But there are no way in world that i can recommend this game (unless) you are looking for a bad experience
Some Achievements are bugged but the Developers abandoned the game after launch and in it's current state of "rock paper scissors" tower defense the game feels empty and soulless. Unlocked towers have no effect on replayed missions so the game doesn't ease up no matter how long you play it for and although there are good graphics and super cute kittehs (good for cat people), this game is bad for completionists. Could've been so much...but wasn't. 2/10 - Abandoned by the developer
Kittypocalypse is a great tower defense game, i really like the way you move around, which is a nice change from, the normal "static" kind of approach like TDs in WC3. It also a adds to the hectic kind of feel, when you have waves of kitties, coming from multiple points which you have to defend. The physics are great, and effects the strategic approach to where you place your towers great, for example where you have to place the gatling gun to make most effect of it. This does though also limit where you can place some towers, and at certain spots, both the laser, gatlinggun, tesla, and a few others are almost useless. This can make some toweres "forced" to be placed at those spots as they are the only once that can do anything. this does in some sort limit difrrent kind of stratigics, but not in a huge manner. THe graphics are great, and so are the difficulty, some levels are easier than others, and it does require, management of your money and strategic placements. There is no m...
I can't remember how many years it's been since I've last played such a great tower defence game. Kittypocalypse is definately such a game! Moving down evil alien kittens with gatlings and lasers while loving the graphics just can't be beat! DON'T wait! Try it out NOW! The level of detail that went into the gameplay strategies with various types of kittens each with different resistances combined with different weapons and upgrades all provides for superb entertainment for hours on end.
I am currently doing a playthrough of Kittypocalypse on my YouTube channel, if you would like to see some gameplay from a real person, please feel free to check out my playthrough here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur8K5HncYJ4 I originally bought Kittypocalypse to kill a few hours here and there, what I didn't expect was to be so much fun. The game is very easy to understand as it is essentially a "tower defense" game, but that doesnt mean it is incredibly easy as there are a few ways to ramp up the difficulty. I am playing this game without the VR and it looks great for the price. So with enjoyable gameplay, beautiful maps, and endless hordes of alien kittens, I definately recommend this game!
A very nice pc conversion of the VR game. I absolutely loved the controls - took me back in time to my Elite days. The gameplay is almost as enjoyable as in VR. Impressive!
Pretty fun tower defense game. Killing alien kittens is a good enough premise anyday.
Fun game, could use some hours trying to stop those little furballs. It is a very casual game, take your time and enjoy.
NIce, relaxed and fun game. Killing kittys just feel great, especially with a big ass gatling gun.
